Sid came out to repair a pipe leak and was very prompt, friendly, and helpful with the whole situation. Would definitely recommend TJK Plumbing!

Wish we could give more than five stars. Fast, professional, thorough, responsive, and very nice people. We've used Jake and crew for two projects (leaky bathtub drain and replacing sewer stack) and would not hesitate to call again or recommend to friends.

I can't recommend Erik Nelson's plumbers enough. I've now worked with them twice on semi-emergencies: one a frozen pipe last winter and more recently a badly leaking tub drain. Both times they went out of their way to make room in their booked up schedule for next-day fixes. The communication around scheduling via text was excellent and incredibly convenient. The plumbers were friendly, informative, and professional (bonus points for loving my dog). They resolved the issues promptly on both occasions. I won't hesitate to call them again next time I need plumbing work done.

We hired Don Weld to bring the basement bathroom up to code. When he wrote up the work that was to be done, he left out a significant part, while doing work that ultimately was useless We ended up getting two estimates, and in both occasions he had a line on the estimate suggesting more work might need to be done, when in fact that was absolutely going to need to be done.. In order to bring the basement shower up to code, it needed both a new shower fixture and to be vented--he only told us about the fixture, quoted us for that, while failing to mention the venting, which even his own plumbers knew about. In other words, we paid for half the job thinking it was done, and then he sprung the fact that there was more to do. The inspector, the plumbers at Weld, the inspector's boss, and a new plumber were all baffled as to how this was missed. In the end, we paid another plumber (Ben Franklin, which was great) to cap the shower and remove the new fixture we just paid to have installed (in order to bring all this up to code).
The work that was done by Weld and Sons was fine, but if you use them and see on your estimate things like no guarantee or a note that there may be more work done, expect that that will be the case. This has not been the case with other plumbers we have used in the past, and it was not the case with Ben Franklin.
Also, thank you Weld Plumbing for putting your advertising stickers all over our water heater without asking.

I called with an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday evening. They helped me triage the issue over the phone and helped me save hundreds of dollars in water damage and repair. I really appreciated how helpful and kind they were in giving me advice on how to save on an emergency visit too.

Inspected the kitchen and laundry sinks and listed the estimated costs.
Eric was very quick and efficient and I will surely use them to repair my sinks.

I had a mainline clog from the previous owners, they were able to clear my drain same day! (And on the weekend)

Chuck and Emile came out and helped unplug the sewer drain that was causing backups from our drains. They were very thorough and made sure the piped were completely flushed before leaving and helped instruct us what we can do to keep the pipes more clean so blocks don't happen again.

Chris did a fantastic job for us - we had a leak in our toilet in the basement and we were able to get service the next day. Chris was on time, very communicative and explained everything step by step. The price seemed fair and the work was completed within 1 hour of arrival. I would definitely recommend to clients and friends.

JD and his associate Chris arrived promptly at our scheduled time. They were friendly, courteous, and respectful. They inspected our waterlines and told me that I did not need them to install frost-free spigots as our lawn irrigation guy had suggested. I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! I had a water heater that was leaking and didn't want to buy a lessor quality water heater from the big box stores. I didn't want to pay a plumber to install a quality product either. I stumbled across LeVahn and called them when they opened up and inquired if they had the water heater I needed. They were able to secure one a few hour later. Since I was having to shut the water off, I decided it was time to replace the water softener as well since it was just as old as the water heater. I went home and installed the water heater and the fittings for the vent was different from the original. I went back and Andy the plumber helped me get the correct parts to finish the install. I was extremely impressed that they were so accommodating to me with my numerous questions and help me get it installed correctly. A HUGE Thank you to Chris and Andy!!! BTW I live about 25 minutes west of their store and drive past several big box and other local hardware stores to get there. I will continue to patronize their store due to the customer service I received.

Had a leak in my main water line Sunday morning and Steve was at our place with a diagnosis by noon. He actually tried helping me fix it while over the phone (for free!), but I ended up needing a professional anyway. Super pleased with the response and price!

I had an excellent experience with Kal’s. I had a leak in my faucet, and called to get someone to repair it. Kal worked with me over the phone to diagnose the problem, provide a recommendation on a new faucet and then schedule a time for repair.

Mason arrived right on time the following day, replaced the new faucet in 30 minutes, and was extremely friendly and professional. When he was done, the area was cleaner than when he started and everything works great!

Payment was done right away with a credit card, I got an email receipt immediately and the cost was very reasonable, especially compared to when I’ve worked with other plumbing companies.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

Was assigned to this contractor by a home warranty company. Was told to call if I didn’t hear from them in one business day. I gave them 2. Called 2 times, texted, had my landlord call with zero response. After a week I found someone else to fix it on my own. That is horrible customer service, to not even be acknowledged. Choose another company.
