Our plumber, David W, arrived on time and gave us notice of his arrival with plenty of time for my wife to empty her voluminous closet. He showed us the problem and we discussed our options, never once pressuring us to choose one over the other. He was friendly, taking care to keep everything clean and finished in quick order. He was extremely knowledgeable and we highly recommend David and TJKPlumbing!

These guys are fantastic! I called on Tuesday about a busted faucet, and they were able to schedule my repair for Thursday of the same week. I got a follow up call later that day from Paul to get more details and photos. On the call I mentioned I had a new toilet I needed installed, and he said they might have time to do it. On Thursday, Tim arrived right on time with a faucet ready to go. Once he got started, he noticed our ancient water valves didn’t have on/off knobs and offered to replace them. Very helpful! I never knew there weren’t knobs, so this could have been a disaster in the event of a leak. And he even had time to replace the toilet! Pricing was fair, invoice was easy to understand, Tim was friendly and quick.

I had a great experience with getting an outdoor water spigot with shutoff valve replaced and floor drain unclogged. They were on time, friendly, professional, educational, and did a quality job. I highly recommend them and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Came out to have them do a non-emergency snake on the floor pipe leading to the main drain which we had done a couple years ago for $100. they were a couple hours late which isn't a huge deal because i get they're busy and backed up. but when they wrote up the estimate the guy wanted $500 for a non emergency service previously administered for $100.

This company was highly recommended to me by a friend. I needed help with a vessel sink installation. When I first called them, the lady on the phone didn’t seem to know what I was talking about, and even told me “I’m not even sure we do that here”. I thought to myself, if not a plumber, who should I have called to install a vessel sink? Then she told me everyone was on vacation the following week (it was around Christmas) so I may have to wait, but that she’d check with the owner if they even did vessel sinks. A couple hours later she said that indeed they did, and we were able to set up the appointment for the earliest date (I think it was the following Monday, which I was pleased with). The technician came out, called me ahead of time, he was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He was in and out in less than an hour and I was very pleased with the results. He told me not to run water through it for 24 hour to allow it to dry, which I did. When I checked the sink the following evening, I noticed there was a puddle of water underneath. I felt crushed, and called them to report the issue. They told me they would send someone out to fix it, even if I wasn’t home, which I was again, pleased with. When I came home that day, the sink was working beautifully and I was happy. Except he had left a big muddy and wet footprint on my brand new entryway floor. I was just relieved that I had waterproof vinyl planks, but he didn’t know that. What if it was real wood? I didn’t come home until hours later. It would have been ruined. Anyway. Days later, to my utmost surprise, I received a bill in the mail. They had charged me for the part (which was fair), but also for the extra time!! I left a message saying that I did not understand why I had to pay extra for a job that wasn’t done right the first time, just because the guy didn’t take the time to make sure there were no leaks. After almost 48 hours, the manager finally returned my call, and instead of trying to make things right, he went on and on about “explaining why I was getting charged, that he found a problem with the existing plumbing that needed to be fixed, and that’s why he had to charge me”. The plumbing under my sink had never leaked before and I said that I was really upset, that no one had told me I’d be charged extra, and he just wouldn’t budge. He kept “explaining” things, I kept saying that I was being unfairly charged, and I was getting more and more upset, and finally he said “well you don’t think we should charge you for the extra part, either?” Needless to say, it was obvious that he has no customer service skills, and instead of making things right, he tried hard to get me to pay the bill for another agonizing 10 minutes, before agreeing to delete the bill. I have worked in customer service enough in my life to know that this is part of doing business, sometimes you have to eat the cost of something or go back and spend the time necessary to fix things in order to make your customer happy, which is a small but necessary price to pay to take good care of your customers so that they will come back. Bottom line is, I think they do good work, but based on how I was treated, I don’t think I will be calling them again.

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Quick in responding, friendly and very helpful! One of the best customer experiences. We will use them again.

I needed a gas pipe fixed. The came the same day after I called many places. I was recommended by my community and I would highly recommend them too. Amazing costumer services. They are patient and listen to your needs and make it affordable for you. I usually don't leave reviews but I'm beyond happy with overall experience. Thank you!!

We called Right Away Sewer + Drain Cleaning after returning home from a trip and finding that our sink wouldn’t work. They were able to fit us in immediately and came the next day - they fixed it quickly and let me know what the problem was and how to prevent further instances of it. I will be going to them will things plumbing from now on! Thank you!!!

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

Dave was very pleasant, on time, and gave us suggestions on pumps and service. I would recommend him anytime.

JD is awesome! We have used him multiple times for smaller projects on our 50's rambler and recently had him help with a bathroom remodel. He replaced all the existing (old) pipes and drain lines and got everything set up so I could install the hardware. Good rates, good service and a great guy!

Extremely bad experience . He replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced I was over charged as well . Insist of two hours work he came up with 5 hours and when I disputed the issue he treaten me with placing a lien on my bussines unless he get paid in full . I will not recommend him to use.

Kals came out today to install a new water heater only days after I contacted them about it. Dale came out and was professional, communicative, and exactly on time and the work he did was phenomenal.

Ive been getting the runaround from plumbers all over the city for months or they wouldnt return my calls. I contacted Kals on Monday night, heard back Tuesday morning, and by Thursday morning Dale was at my front door with the water heater I requested and was done several hours later.

I wont even contact any other plumber again, I will go straight to Kals no matter what. I highly recommend them for any service you need.

I called Cutting Edge after a different sewer and drain company canceled last minute. Joe was able to get someone to my house within an hour! Chris the tech was great! He was fast, informative and professional. 10/10 would recommend!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

They were a subcontractor for another plumbing company...came out same afternoon and got our drain running....he did a excellent job...he cleaned the entire area it looked good drain works fine....when it came time to pay bill was $26.00 higher than I was told on phone....after the guy that was hear called he was told that they charge the lower price but when they are call by another company the price go up...I said I was only going to pay lower and the office agreed to that as it was there mistake...when it came time to pay cash or check.....I asked about card and he said he could call it in...but his boss said no card ,cash or check...then he had no change.....got him paid
If I use them again I will have small bill to pay in Cash
