I couldn't have asked for more, from start to finish! Customer service was great and friendly when I called to schedule and they made sure to answer all my questions. I got an appointment within 2 days and they arrived on time, with 30 minutes notice. Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. This company also has a great membership program, which I think is really affordable and beneficial. I actually feel like if I needed service and/or had questions, I could call and someone would know what I'm talking about, and that I would actually get help and service. It is so nice (and unfortunately rare) when service providers provide great service. Thank you!

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
