While I didn't end up using this plumber due to timing, he was very informative, responsive, and helpful with my questions as I was coordinating some work on my home. He was recommended to me by someone. In the future, I plan on using this service.

Wish we could give more than five stars. Fast, professional, thorough, responsive, and very nice people. We've used Jake and crew for two projects (leaky bathtub drain and replacing sewer stack) and would not hesitate to call again or recommend to friends.

He was promt and was here about 45min clearing the main drain in the basement. They charge a flat price for the hour, but will charge extra if the job exceeds an hour.

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

2 years ago I had a whole house water filtration system installed. Recently I was contacted to schedule my annual inspection of that system, a service that is provided at no additional charge. I was happy to see my original plumber, Sergio, arrive for the inspection. He was very thorough, helpful and professional. Excellent service!!Now I've had my system for 6 years. Sergio has done a great job keeping it in perfect running order. I highly recommend Sergio.

Contacted for work to be done. Sent him the information he asked for, never heard back. Tried to contact multiple other times, no word from him. Seems unreliable, searching elsewhere for a different plumber.

I called yesterday to ask if they will service snowblowers and they said Harvey would give me a call. Less than 24 hrs later, Harvey has picked up our snowblower, serviced it, and is set to return it shortly! On a Saturday, no less! I’m very happy with their customer service.

Karim with Genz Ryan was amazing to work with in identifying issues we were having with our furnace, AC, and water heater. His knowledge was exceptional, but his customer service in his patience was what really put him on a different level. I highly recommend Genz Ryan and especially Karim!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
