Scheduled an appointment and they never showed up. Rescheduled for the next day and they never showed up but they gave me a heads up they would be here the next day. Still never showed up and haven't heard a peep from them since.

Jake has been my go to guy for all my plumbing needs. Recently the company expanded and though I didn't know it, they offer HVAC services as well.

I talked to Jake on a Sunday when my furnace was down. He had a technician available to fix what turned out to be a stuck open pressure switch valve. The tech was here right when Jake said he'd be. They had the parts available to do the job, and were in and out in about 10 minutes!!! He also checked other components of my furnace to ensure there weren't other issues that contributed to the failure. I'm confident there won't be a need for a return visit.

If something happens in the future, Jake or Jake's staff get it done right the first time. Friendly professionals there and competitive rates!!!

I have been with Standard Heating since 2014. I use them for biannually for AC and Heating system maintenance. Their team of employees are knowledgable and experienced. They are always on time and provide communication and are available always to answer any question. They are clean and always tidy up when the work is complete. We just had our AC and Furnace replaced by them and it was the smoothest experience ever! I love this company!

My furnace died and they called quickly and set up an appointment that same day. I had gotten quotes for similar furnaces from another company scratched out on a carbon copy bill. MSP had this great brochure with all kinds of detail about the different furnaces and options. It was a very helpful way to compare the different models. I made a selection and they were at our home bright and early the next morning and we had heat by the end of the day. Sales people and installers called and doubled checked meeting times and schedules and were very courteous and helpful. Price was great and they did a top quality job. I couldn't be happier.

Jesse was out at my home that’s currently undergoing a basement remodel. Super nice guy and did exceptionally good work. Highly recommend. His plumbing is tidy and thoughtful. While he was out he found time to remove some unused saddle valves as well as install a filtered hot water line to our hot tub. Cool trick Jesse!

My boyfriend and I have been living in our house for a couple years now and were dealing with recurring main-drain issues. We've had some patch work done to our plumbing, but this time it was getting bad. Brandon Moren came out and within an hour, assessed and fixed our root related clog. I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
