These guys came in within 20 minutes had the sewer line cleaned up. They then brought in specialist with a camera and ran the whole line to the street looking for issues. I would definitely use them again. they found a few issues, and provided some suggestions or recommendations for corrective actions.

Luke came out Sunday morning before 9. He was very pleasant and fix the plugged drain in the main line. He called coworker Brandon who brought a camera and he showed us a view of our line. He was pleasant and information. They both did a nice job.

I contacted LeVahn after they were recommended by another plumber who didn't service my type of shower (walk in w/ Delta single handle faucet). I called at 10:30 and they were at my house by 1 p.m. Not sure they can always deliver such a rapid turnaround but my point is that they're incredibly responsive. The work is done and the shower no longer leaks.

On Friday, Dec 16 at 6:30 pm I had a water heater problem and texted My Plumber for help. I received a reply within 5 minutes. Who else is that responsive. Mike arrived at 8:00 am on our scheduled day and immediately found the problem, which was a builder-caused defect in the venting through the attic. He rerouted the vent, curing the problem. In an hour and a half, our water heater was back on and working perfectly. Given the choice, in the future I will ALWAYS use My Plumber!

This company was great. They met us in our time of need when dealing with a horrible plumbing company through our HSA. John with Piperight plumbing was a breath of fresh air compared to them. He was prompt, had an apprentice with him, and was efficient in repairing our issues. We would definitely recommend this company!

I called them when there was a plumbing problem late at night. I was told that night time work costs a fortune and there was a very simple way for me to temporarily fix the problem until a plumber could come out in the morning.

The plumber came exactly in the given timeframe. He fixed the problems and thoroughly cleaned up. What had been broken now works much better than it did originally.

I had a sewer back up in the evening and our plumber had recommended that we call Ron the Sewer Rat. I went online that evening to their website and booked the first available appointment, which was the next Monday. (This was Wednesday evening). The next morning, even before they were open, they texted me and said they could come out that day between 2pm-6pm. Jon called me about 15 minutes before 2pm and said he would be there at 2pm and he was right on time. He brought in his gear and went right to work. He said our clog had dissipated, but he used his camera and found some smaller roots, then he showed me on his camera, the entire drain pipe and explained what he was going to do. He took care of the roots and told us we should consider having this done a little more frequent than what we have been doing. The last time was 15 years ago. He was very professional and cleaned up his mess. He told me the total cost, which was very reasonable I might add. I paid him and we asked if he had any business cards. He went out to his truck and brought back a packet that included a fridge magnet, business card, nice ball point pen, and best of all, the Ron the Sewer Rat coloring book with crayons. My grandson is going to love that! I will definitely call them the next time I have any drain issues and will absolutely pass on their name to anyone I know that needs help with their drains.
