Dean came out, evaluated the problem, spent time explaining what needed to be done now and what could wait. He took the time to go back to get the necessary repair supplies and returned to fix everything. We have recently moved and found that many services come out, say they weren't scheduled for the amount of time it would take to handle the problem, and make us make another appointment - we've been waiting for a cable install for a month now! Dean was great! He took the time, handled all issues, and explained everything. Highly recommended!

We realized our water heater was leaking and Jake came out to replace our water heater the next day. He arrived within the half hour window as promised and was very professional! Jake even took the time to show me how the water heater worked and how to change the temperature settings. Would use Jake again! Highly recommended.

Our septic system backed up on Labor Day weekend!!! Try to find a company that advertises 24/7 emergency service to come out on a Holiday weekend! We called everyone! Even Rotor Router who came out about 2 hours later only to tell me that they don’t work on septic systems and left??? Now it’s getting late and we desperately called at least 8-10 or maybe more companies who falsely claimed to provide 24/7 emergency service!!! But either there was no answer or an answering service or machine. Not one of them returned our calls!!!!With no luck we were frustrated and about ready to give up when I called Discount Drain Cleaning….They promptly returned my call and said they could be out I two hours…. They showed up in about an hour!!! Elated we explained the problem an their technician Daniel who was Professional, friendly and Determined to help us!!!! He went right to work and within an hour had us up and running again!!!We were so happy to have found Discount Drain Cleaning…. Daniel was Courteous, Knowledgeable and a True Professional! He took good care of us in our time of need! We have hired Paul twice, and he has done wonderful work both times. Most recently we hired him when a gas leak was discovered in our home. Despite getting so much snow that schools were closed as were many businesses, Paul came and fixed the leak ASAP. He did a great job and was very reasonable, especially for the emergency job.
