Great service. Technician showed up on time and was very personable. He explained everything very clearly and did not perform any action without informing me and getting approval first. No hidden costs or surprise bills. I definitely recommend using Bonfe.

Erickson's price was half the price of a well-known competitor. Our water heater started leaking the day before a 2-week vacation. While they couldn't replace it the same day, they came into our house and installed the new water heater and removed the old one. The new water heater is great! They kept in touch and updated us. Very friendly staff.
Our circuit breaker apparently wasn't working correctly when the new water heater was installed. The Erickson's technician called an electrician to correct the problem and didn't charge us because we had a lot going on in our lives and he thought we didn't need any more stress. What a great company - not many places would do that! I'm glad we hired them and I would hire them again. Five stars! I'd give them more if that were an option.

UNPROFESSIONAL - GO ELSEWHERE.
Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.

Contracted through America Home Shield Warranty (another terrible company). Utterly worthless. It took them two days to dispatch a plumber. He showed up in his personal vehicle. By then the clog had partially cleared. I explained what the previous plumber found and the remedy that was needed (full clean out). The plumber flushed the toilet a few times while looking at the cleanout. The toilet backed up but slowly cleared. He declared that since it wasn't a full stoppage there was nothing he could do. I asked him to remove the toilet and snake to the cleanout. He said he wasn't authorized to remove the toilet. Huh? A plumber who can't remove a toilet?
This company is a joke.
