We called MN Plumbing and Heating for a short term need and they were responsive and sent John out who was fantastic. He explained what NEEDED to be done as well as some items he would recommend to do in the future. Didn't feel like he was pulling the wool over our eyes and we greatly appreciated that. We will be doing business with them again in the future if we need.

I live in the Cathedral Hill area of St Paul and was having a hard time getting anybody to respond to my request for assistance with a fallen undermounted sink.I really appreciated that Jake (and Adam, the business manager) were so responsive and easy to work with.Not only did he addess the plumbing concerns, which included a garbage disposal removal, but Jake also provided referrals for repairing my sink. While the whole process was more expensive than I had anticipated, Jake was honest about the costs and I would definitely recommend Jake the Plumber and use his company again.

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

Nathan was fantastic. He explained everything. I never felt upsold and he gave all the options, including things that wouldn't include the company. This is one of those guys where you can just tell the experience is there and solid and genuine because of the way he approaches offering solutions. He even solved a problem I had been misled to believe couldn't be fixed. (A basement floor drain of which I had been told the pipe was filled with sand; Nathan discovered the pipe was fine but located a faulty backflow valve.)

JD is our go-to plumber. He and his team are conscientious and don't participate in gouge pricing. We can trust JD and have had him do work on two homes and recommended him to several others that are just as pleased with his work. Glad to have a plumber that returns calls himself and shows up on time!

Last year I had a both my furnace and AC replaced by Minneapolis St Paul and they did a great job. I would recommend themPart of the cost of the replacement included an annual checkup. Nick T came out and I was very impressed even more than with the install which was also great. He quickly checked the furnace and it was all I was expecting. He then spent the time to further guide me on the use of the system, all which I thought I knew most everything about. He made sure the controller software was up to date and when he found out it was not he completed the updates showing me how to do everything step by step.I appreciated all the extra service, when all I was expecting is a quick stop saying everything looks good.----------------------------------------------------------------7/15/2014 - Plumbing InspectionWhile calling in to schedule my AC inspection they mentioned I had a free plumbing inspection to use. Since I am new to the house and its been around the block already I thought it might be worth it. I did have some concerns and questions I could also ask.John H. came out and was very friendly and real. He spent over 1.5 hours reviewing everything plumbing related in the house and found some small areas of concern and some maintenance that will need to be done in the near future. He explained all the options and left it up to me to decide what to do next. It was a good experience.

Very long story short, we found out when selling our home that there was a break in our line out to the sewer and there was no front cleanout to be found. After having 4 other plumbers out to our house and getting nowhere with schedules and quotes, Matt came out, got us quoted and did the clean out same day. Two days later, the sewer line was fixed! We could not be happier with service we received from Matt and his crew (plus our dog, Sonny, adored him!). As we move to our new home, we’ll keep Matt’s number handy for any future plumbing needs!
