Nick is a wonderful worker and I can trust he won't overcharge me. He's friendly and polite. He inspected and repaired some wires in the attic. Very efficient would recommend him to others. He was a little late but we are getting snow and the roads are bad

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Ryan was prompt, courteous and honest. I will definitely use them again.

They come into your house to spoil things to get you to buy and spend money on things that aren’t necessary. When you say no, they mess with your hot water so they can come back and fix something else that wasn’t broken so they can bill you inappropriately. They are scammers buys beware do not use them.

Technician was very friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. He explained everything, and answered all my questions.

Joe was on time, professional, and we would hire him again. Recommend!

We had Nicholas Boisvert from St. Cloud out to do a yearly check on our in home drains, toilets, sinks and showers. He addressed a primary issue we had with slow draining shower drains and pointed out things that should be looked at in the future while providing quotes for service. Very professional and helpful service was provided and he was able to efficiently solve our draining issues. Happy to have him there!

The General came out and cleared my drain. They made a big mess turn into not a bid deal at all. Thank you so much for being honest, upfront, clean, and prompt. Did a great job clearing 40 years of scale buildup and were on time and efficient.

Matt came out within an hour of my emergency call/message to repair our failed sump. I called several plumbers (at 6 pm at night) and did not get a response from anyone else until the next day. Matt called me right back and headed on over. He then worked until about 11pm. - (when all the other locations were closed!) I cannot say thank you enough! Matt had a great attitude and EXCELLENT customer service. He is the person we will always call in the future for plumbing. He was helpful not only in getting the problem fixed but also in helping us identify potential underlying issues and solutions. I am so very thankful for his help last night and his willingness to go above and beyond to assist us in our 'crisis'. I did not realize I would need to have a contact in the plumbing business until something went wrong. Then it was an emergency and I had no one to call. Don't wait for an emergency. If you're like me and don't have a plumber to call, put this number in.

Found out we had a problem with the sewer when selling our house . Cichy’s solved it for us in a timely manner, answered all our questions, keep us informed, would highly recommend!

I I was never so disappointed with this service. Did the bait and switch on me and charged me doublefrom their add. More importantly he didn't unclog the sewer line. Had to call drain busters to do it properly
