PREDATORY PRICING PRACTICES:
We had a sink drain assembly that was leaking and completely stuck so we couldn't DIY. TJK stated upfront that the cost would be a small service fee plus parts and labor.

When the cost to fix the assembly (parts: $43 at Home Depot) came out to ~$400, the technician THEN told us that there is a $250 minimum for every job.

When questioned about this policy, the tech offered to cut off the stuck lug nut for us at the cost of the service fee, which was very nice of him.

However, it is not me that I'm worried about, but the little old lady down the street who may get taken advantage of by a VERY expensive service that is certainly not advertised as such.

John did a great job fixing several problems I had been procrastinating about for way too long. Thanks John!

John came out to my house in Edina several times to make sure we got all the correct information before starting the job. He was excellent to work with and very professional through every step of the process. We added a new master bathroom and replaced our old water heater with a new eternal tankless water heater. The work is great quality and John was willing to answer any questions we had along the way.
I have already recommended him to several friends looking to do renovations.

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

I own a kitchen and bath showroom in the North Loop of Minneapolis called Montaggio. We have referred Hovde many times and we even use them for our plumbing and heating needs. I just had a customer call me to tell me what great service they provided. Top notch in my book too!

Karim was awesome! He was super friendly and really wanted to make our AC work better for us. He gave us some tips and tricks to save some money and keep our AC running as smooth as possible. We already set up a furnace tune-up with him in the fall, and we will schedule appointments with him as our tech from here on out. Thanks, Karim!

Called for service on Monday. Plumbing service tech came out the following day. He was the wrong tech -- i needed service for a boiler system. Communication error was my fault. They sent the boiler tech out the same day to review the situation and present an estimate. I accepted the estimate -- all work was completed the very next day. My impression -- a very responsive company. It included timely phone calls and emails from their dispatcher.Techs Zack H., Clint B., and Josh B. answered all my questions -- very professional and reasonable responses. Happy with the quality of the work. I was not totally happy with the estimate -- it did not breakdown parts and labor costs.
