Called for service and they kept me informed as to when I should expect the serviceman. Within a couple hours Eric our serviceman showed up. He used shoe covers whenever he came back into our home. He cleaned out our drain within a couple hours. Very pleased with the service and also considered the cost appropriate.

Quick & professional! We were having some issues with some basement plumbing. After a quick chat with Jim he thought it may be a partial blockage & suggested a Norblom drain cleaning appointment. Zack arrived promptly for our early AM appointment to clean out our drains. After Zack & my husband added some elbow grease to remove an old stubborn drain cover, Zack found the clog & got us back in business quickly. We are happy with Norblom's service & would use them again.

According to the reviews, excellent service. I would have loved to find out first hand but the person answering the phone was extremely unhelpful and condescending.

I am a regular and they wouldn't let me shop in the middle of a snowstorm when I couldn't find my mask. They told me to go outside! Ive been there once every 2 weeks for a year and after the virus these guys have masks around their chin until someone comes in. Maybe I'll have to call the Inspectors to keep an eye on these hypocritical workers. Very rude in a middle of a snowstorm when I needed something in an emergency. Being a mask bully definitely pays off for losing business to the big stores. They deserve the loss .

The last time I had a main line back up I called Roto Reuters. They charged 50% more and did a less thorough job. I got a price quote immediately over the phone. They honored the quote and didn't try to pull any fast ones. Excellent service, I will recommend to any friends or family that are in need of drain cleaning services. Called on a Sunday at about 1pm and they were able to come unclog a floor drain for me within 2 hours. Cost was probably a little high but for the quick turnaround and speedy job unclogging, it was an easy decision. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone needing good service in a timely manner.

We were having issues with slow drains after moving into our new house last year. We called for service and Steve (#655) was sent out to help us. He was great! Knowledgeable and understanding! He took the time to thoroughly explain the issues and answer all my questions, which really calmed a lot of my fears. Couldn't have asked for better service!

I called around to multiple places to try and get a plumber to come out on a Saturday to fix a leaking pipe in my basement, and these guys delivered! They were fully booked for the day, but the technician agreed to stop by after his last job of the day and stayed until 8:30 pm to fix the problem. I am so appreciative! I thought the problem was just a leaking pipe, but it turned out that we had a blocked sewer line that was adding pressure to our pipes and making the leak worse. He fixed the leak and unblocked the line. Given that it was a Saturday night after a long work day, I wouldn't have blamed him if he had just fixed the leak and called it good, but he fully diagnosed the bigger problem. I was surprised by how reasonable the prices were, too. I highly recommend these plumbers for service and value.

Pedro was amazing! He communicated the problem well and found the most efficient solution for our leaky pipe that caused water damage in the floor below. At every stage he communicated his findings and gave us options for solutions. He is the only person we will trust with our plumbing needs!

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.

I was able to schedule service for the next day on a clogged drain, and also got advice on how to use my own equipment to unclog it in the future. Super pleasant, professional, and punctual. Excellent experience for me at a very reasonable price.
