John H. was very helpful and a stand up guy... He had every opportunity to take me to the cleaners, but didn't.

Jake is a true professional, giving me options I would have never thought of. I had a troublesome pipe prone to freezing and he identified a few good options and gave me a few pricing options to find a perfect solution. The work was done well and with little inconvenience. I will continue to recommend Jake for all plumbing needs near my home in Golden Valley. A few of my neighbors already have.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Northern Plumbing and Softening were outstanding! Mason was our onsite installer, he was on time, very professional and answered all of my questions, offered thoughtful ideas and answered my Wife’s questions too. It’s very obvious to me that Mason is very capable, knowledgeable and was just pleasant to have come to our home to replace our water softener.

Our Sales Rep was Jon Lund and he is very knowledgeable and professional as well, with many years of experience. He was very timely and efficient at getting us scheduled for repair at our cabin up north.

These Plumbers know their stuff...

I have used this company for years, and have had excellent experiences with Matthew Chernoch. He was able to repair problems that other plumbers had not. He is prompt, knowledgeable, and personable. He keeps up-to-date on the latest plumbing products and solutions, and will inform you about these, but not push them on you.

So their open till 7, just went there at 6:35 looking to rent a metal detector. Walked in and an older lady asked me what she could do for me, I said i'm here to rent your metal detector she looked in the corner where they keep there rental stuff and it was full of lawn mowers, I said oh you can't get to it she said no we close in 20 minutes you can come back tomorrow at 8am. I said ah no why would I do that she said well I suppose I can move some stuff, I said no I guess you don't want my business! Too bad I always supported them as a small neighborhood business not anymore. Lost customer for good!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
