TJK Plumbing is the best plumbing company in Minnesota! Not only are they great they actually have compassion and go above and beyond to help!!! My water heater broke (was leaking) and in less than two hour the hot water heater was replaced! Thank you so much TJ. Also DJ and BJ you two have great communication and did a great job, I'm so happy!!

Look no further. This guy and his team are amazing! We were dealing with an issue while trying to sell our home and Jake came out that day (after hours) to help us take care of what we needed! He then patiently explained the issue and potential concerns in layman's terms and offered multiple solutions and gave exact pricing! He was comprehensive and we felt assured the issue was put to rest but he didn't do anything that felt unnecessary and there were no surprise costs. We were lucky enough to get Jake himself and he is clearly very knowledgeable and competent so we could rest easy! He has been added to permanent contacts as I cannot imagine every going to anyone else!

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

Called to request services to unclog a bathroom drain and Brian showed up within an hour and unclogged the drain with no trouble at all. He was professional and shared tips on how to care for drains going forward. Thank you Roto-Rooter!

Called requesting consultation for my mothers home after seeing so many positive reviews. The woman on the phone was very nice - I explained to her it was not urgent and she was kind and set us up for Mon/Tues. My mother called on Monday to ask for a time to ensure she would be there and the gentleman she spoke to said i am too busy to do this today... then proceeded to tell us there was a fee for his time.
Called today to let them know that we would no longer be needed their services due to the rude behavior of this man (we do not need to give our limited resources to people like that) and he initially hung up on me because he thought I took to long to talk, then I called back and he pick up the phone frustrated IS ANYONE THERE?
Get a grip dude...you are way to rude to be picking up the phone.
I'd pass on this place, there are plenty of options in the Twin Cities.

The young guy that came was just outstanding and pleasant. I will recommend these people to everyone. The guy just didn’t give up when the problem seemed like it was at a dead end. He kept going and resolved the problem. Simply outstanding.

Northern Plumbing and Softening did an excellent job of updating all of my plumbing, both repairs and replacements. Chuck is a master plumber with years of experience in the business. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and is a kind and gentle person who listens and explains all that he does. He is quick to respond to questions before, during and after installation. His prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend Chuck for all of your plumbing needs!

Search no further--Cutting Edge is far and away the most affordable drain cleaner in the area, for the best value. Having called most of the outfits in the area, I found that Cutting Edge was both willing to quote me a straightforward fee--and that it was far and away the most affordable in the area.

I've since dealt with them multiple times, and they've always been very courteous and professional. Furthermore, the ONLY reason I've had to see them more than once is because I didn't go with their initial recommendation; after doing so (at what was still a very reasonable price), my long-standing drain issues are finally resolved. I give them my strongest endorsement--you'd be silly to go with anyone else.

Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.

Brad and Josh did an excellent job on our drain cleaning including working in a tight space and taking off a difficult cap.

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.
