Just had Jake The Plumber over to fix what we thought would be an easy leak in our sink drain. Plumber Paul came over and was very cordial and transparent about estimated costs, he definitely had his work cutout for him as our issue had to do with a newly installed vessel sink. Overall I was very impressed with the service and professionalism and would highly recommend Jake The Plumber to family and friends.

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

Installer came in was friendly and completed job to my satisfaction.

We had a plugged kitchen sink. Their website advertises sink unplugging for $94. I called them and had an appointment the following day. When on-site, the plumber said he would recommend using a jet cleaner instead of a regular mechanical snake. $560!!!Than he said he needs to replace the S trap under the sink (I found later that it costs $20 at Home Depot) and he spent 15 minutes to change it. An additional $375. When I said this was not the right price, he said I don’t charge you for the parts and the labor, I charge you for the experience.Do not use this company. At least this plumber was abusing the situation.

Called requesting consultation for my mothers home after seeing so many positive reviews. The woman on the phone was very nice - I explained to her it was not urgent and she was kind and set us up for Mon/Tues. My mother called on Monday to ask for a time to ensure she would be there and the gentleman she spoke to said i am too busy to do this today... then proceeded to tell us there was a fee for his time.
Called today to let them know that we would no longer be needed their services due to the rude behavior of this man (we do not need to give our limited resources to people like that) and he initially hung up on me because he thought I took to long to talk, then I called back and he pick up the phone frustrated IS ANYONE THERE?
Get a grip dude...you are way to rude to be picking up the phone.
I'd pass on this place, there are plenty of options in the Twin Cities.

Discount Plumbers offered a fair price and quality service and I will definitely call them again for future drain and plumbing needs.

Bob W. with Paul Bunyan was on time, friendly, helpful, and professional. These guys put on shoe covers before entering without being asked. He was also knowledgable and efficient with his work. He came and did the annual water heater flush, and plumbing inspection included in the service club. He assessed and gave estimates for a few little issues we had (washer hook up hose fused to faucet, bathroom sink stopper assembly broken, and decreased hot water from shower faucet) I was appreciative that he was sensitive to my budget, and didn't pressure to have all the work done that day. He quickly replaced the hot water hose hook up that neither myself, nor my washer repair guy could get loose, which then restored full hot water pressure to our washing machine. (yay!) Last year, I had had Paul Bunyan replace the hot water heater, for which I was also 5+ star pleased with the work. They're not cheap, but offer truly excellent work, and awesome customer service done when you want it!

I hired cutting edge sewer to do a sewer line test and then install two toilets based on their advice. The owner Joe and his staff did a great install and I love the toilet and seat they said I should have. I never thought I would love a toilet. It works great and looks nice.
One of the toilets had an issue and Cutting Edge Sewer was very pro active after my call and they came out. They fixed what needed to be done and left my home looking cleaner than when they came. Thanks Cutting Edge Sewer for taking such good care of me and my plumbing needs.

I'm a general contractor who has used ESP Companies for all of my remodeling for the past several years. They do excellent work, and are great at problem solving. Their flexibility, good attitude, and great ethics have them at the top of my list for any and all plumbing projects.

Dean's was great! I needed some help with new light fixtures and switches and Bryan from Dean's Home Services was able to help the next day. Bryan was awesome! He was very nice, explained everything thoroughly, and even working on project scope and pricing with me. I will absolutely use Dean's Home Services again and recommend you do so as well.

The General came out and cleared my drain. They made a big mess turn into not a bid deal at all. Thank you so much for being honest, upfront, clean, and prompt.
