Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

We had discount plumbers out today. Couldn't believe how quickly they were able to get here! Within a couple hours of calling, he was here. Very friendly and got the job done. We will definitely use the service again, need be.

Rob is FANTASTIC! I'd give 10 stars if I could. He has a problem solver mindset and clearly enjoys what he does and helping people. The clean out in my basement was covered by previous owners during a remodel. He inspected the plumbing and the stack, theorized where the clean out was and called the city of Mtka to get the floor plans and confirm! (He was right - it was where he thought it would be). Talk about going above and beyond! 1 in 100 plumbers would do that, in my experience. Then he and his crew got after it and did a quality job. I was in the other room while he was working and I could hear him talking to his crew mate, saying things like I want to be sure we do this right. So rare to find someone this good, thorough, and vested in his work. Thank you, Rob! You are a true gem!

Brad and his helper Josh arrived on time and performed the annual preventive main drain cleaning at my property, as well as floor drain cleaning, and fixed the slow drain in my kitchen sink. I now have peace of mind that my old plumbing will be okay for another year. I appreciate that they are friendly, informative and professional. Guy's Sewer & Drain is my go-to plumber!

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

I'm a general contractor who has used ESP Companies for all of my remodeling for the past several years. They do excellent work, and are great at problem solving. Their flexibility, good attitude, and great ethics have them at the top of my list for any and all plumbing projects.

Top notch service, not only were they able to service a house call in a timely manner the prices can't be beat!

Love this company have had them out in the past for a kitchen faucet & recently called about by backed up bathroom sink (colg inside the wall).Had an appointment scheduled for the next day at 10 am. Frank arrived exactly at 10am and had everything wrapped up within an hour or so. Really friendly guy. Very thorough & checked everything to make sure it running properly. Left everything clean & in order at a fair price. RTSR will remain my go to place for drain & plumbing projects. A lot of places pull your chain & BS you, not RTSR. Felipe and everyone at Benjamin Frankin were amazing. I called due to a overflow in my sewer/basement drainage pipe and they responded very quickly. Felipe was very kind and walked me through the potential problems and solutions, which as a first time homeowner was absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend them!

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
