We were really impressed with Roto-Rooter. We worked with Josh #4348 and he was very knowledgable and explained what was happening to our drain and what he could do to fix it. He also gave us some great suggestions on what to do in the future so it doesn't happen again. Our drain is fixed and we would call them in the future if needed!

Corey and Todd were great! I had a mainline sewer repair and Corey came out right away when I contacted him. He explained the work that he needed to do to make the repair, both prior to the repair and during the repair process. His quote for the work was competitive and reasonable. What a great company! The staff are responsive, honest, and professional. Mark spent a lot of time reviewing footage of our sewer line only to confirm it did not need major repair and recommended another company who could complete the work that was needed (and patiently explained everything to me on the phone more than once). Would chose him again and again! We just bought our first house and within days our toilet was clogged. There ended up being a piece of tile (!!!!!!!!!!!) stuck in our pipe from recent construction.

They were a subcontractor for another plumbing company...came out same afternoon and got our drain running....he did a excellent job...he cleaned the entire area it looked good drain works fine....when it came time to pay bill was $26.00 higher than I was told on phone....after the guy that was hear called he was told that they charge the lower price but when they are call by another company the price go up...I said I was only going to pay lower and the office agreed to that as it was there mistake...when it came time to pay cash or check.....I asked about card and he said he could call it in...but his boss said no card ,cash or check...then he had no change.....got him paid
