I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.

Came same day and was within the timeframe provided, texted with updates on expected arrival. Very professional and kind. Solved issue very quickly.

Brian (#936) was great. Professional and personable. He was fast and efficient and walk us through the work that was needed and the cost. The cost and his estimate were exact and our problem was solved. We’d definitely us him again.2nd call (because the service was so good the last time.) This time the service specialist cleared out our basement drain for a water back up. Very timely, fast, efficient and helpful. I highly recommend them.

While I did not have any opportunity to use Cichy's services directly, they were incredibly helpful when quoting my job and providing lots of attention to detail to make sure I understood the sewer liner replacement process. I was incredibly impressed with Jessica's responsiveness, professionalism and willingness to help. I hope to have an opportunity to work with Cichy's in the future.

Sewer lined backed up and I needed help fast. Rotor Rooter was very prompt, with great communications. I was given a call 30 minutes before the arrival time to ensure I would be available. The service man took great pains to make sure he was solving my problem in the least expensive manner. After it was discovered that there was still some blockage, he came out the next week to finish the job at no cost.

Was assigned to this contractor by a home warranty company. Was told to call if I didn’t hear from them in one business day. I gave them 2. Called 2 times, texted, had my landlord call with zero response. After a week I found someone else to fix it on my own. That is horrible customer service, to not even be acknowledged. Choose another company.
