Brian came and was really good at just listening to what the issue was. After he cleared the clog he gave us good information to go by and what may be needed to keep the pipes clear. Great guy.

Brad was my repair technician he was:prompt, wore shoe coverings, made sure he covered the entire area with heavy plastic, put everything back, no leaks and very professional. Called for their service to get help with updating a valve and to help install a new dishwasher. They did a great job. Will be calling them for all things plumbing related.

Similar to other reviews (wish I would've seen before calling them) they forced me to sign an agreement for $445 to clear a clog just a few feet beyond the kitchen sink trap. Wait, it gets much worse. They ran the snake through the vent pipe and told me this is a bad clog. I asked how he could tell because the snake was whipping above the roof line. He pulled it back in and jammed it so hard downward that it broke the PVC drain pipe, destroying my bathroom ceiling and insulation with 2 full sinks of water. Two guys stood there while I tore down the drywall to find the break. They said it's not their fault because there was no purple primer showing on the PVC pipe and joint. I told them it's never leaked since 1983 when the home was built and that there's such a thing as clear primer. He denied the existence of clear primer. They left me with a broken pipe and huge mess. Cost to repair was 3 days from my job and over $300 of materials (I did all of the work myself). These guys only care about money. Worst contractor I've hired in 35 years that I've owned properties. The two tenants living in that unit can attest to all of this and were also inconvenienced for 3 straight days. I would give them zero stars if possible.

Corey and his team were incredible. We had our septic go out and in less than 24 hours he showed up, did the work, checked to make sure nothing was missed, cleaned up --best of all his service, attitude, capability were incredible. I would recommend him and use him again in a heartbeat. Corey understands service and excellence!

These guys are great. Came out to jet my kitchen drain, on a weekend, with little notice, for half the price of the other guys. Highly recommended.

A new water line from the street was installed. I am very pleased with their service. The price was good, and they did everything as agreed.

Would chose him again and again! We just bought our first house and within days our toilet was clogged. There ended up being a piece of tile (!!!!!!!!!!!) stuck in our pipe from recent construction.

Great job done, excellent customer service. Had a clogged main sewer line they showed up in 30 minutes like they said they would. It took maybe 1hour if that to get the line cleared up and done. Never had to call Roto-Rooter before, this was the first time and they did a great job.

Came right away and sure the problem was fixed! 5/5 would call again! Thank you again Rick!
