These guys are outstanding! Hired them for my kitchen remodel which featured running a vent and drain in an island on the 2nd floor of my duplex. I literally had 3 plumbers come look at and say something along the lines of you're gonna make me take out my code book aren't you? - and then pass on the work because it was too complicated. Justin from Erik Nelson didn't bat an eye and knew exactly how to make it work from the get go. I got a very fair quote that they came in UNDER when it was all said and done. They were also more than professional and kinda almost too organized where I feel like they might be using some sort of performance enhancing drugs. 100% recommend and they have my business for life.

Drain backed-up and they arrived the same day and didnt charge me extra for it being 6:30pm at night.

I needed a seized washer supply changed out. Not being a plumber I figured there would be some cutting and soldering involved so I called a plumber. Nope, the parts were twist on and twist off. Rather than just telling me this and leaving with his show-up fee, the technician went ahead and did the work and charged me the minimum of $275. I told the dude that was horrifying service and the office gave me a few bucks off the bill. Also one of the new fixtures immediately leaked and I had to have him come back. I’ll just figure it out myself next time.

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.
