Jerad is the best! We just moved into a new place and could not figure out how to turn on the furnace, slept in lower 50s last night with the kiddos and the next available turn-up opening is 10 days after... Jerad was working with our neighbor and he was so kind and stopped by to help us out! We could not image a luckier day!

Had to come out three times and the system still does not work properly. Gave ridiculous estimates for simple repairs that needed done to make the system work appropriately. A complete ripoff. Do not waste your time and money signing up with this organization. They want to sign you onto a monthly deal and then charge unreasonable prices for simple repairs. Should be a review of Zero if that was available. In hindsight doubt we even needed a new water softener. Complete rip off artists.

Matt was great! He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and explained our available options perfectly (both for the products and the payment method(s), which was pretty painless). We made the call to replace the water heater and softener, as well as install a new carbon filter, and Matt and his crew were able to get it done later in the same day. Working with Matt was a great experience, and we will continue to use Paul Bunyan for plumbing services and Blue Ox for heating services.

I worked with Matt, Zac, and Adam. They were very friendly and professional, walking me through my options, explaining the problem in a clear way, and ultimately replacing my furnace. Thomas performed water heater flush and check, and general plumbing inspection. He was on time, worked efficiently, explained results clearly, and cleaned after himself. Very personable. Made multiple recommendations, clearly explaining the reason for each, but no high-pressure to buy.

High quality work and done correctly.

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.

RightMark doesn't provide a fairly priced service.

We have used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing multiple times, including to add a liner within our sewer line. Our existing clay pipes were deteriorating, particularly because of tree roots. Our only other alternative was excavation, so we were happy with the more affordable liner option. There were some unexpected issues, but Benjamin Franklin was responsive to our concerns and we were able to coordinate work options ahead with management. Management addressed our concerns quickly and kindly, even bringing in additional workers to complete the project. I felt like I was a partner in this endeavor. I would recommend their services and will continue to use Benjamin Franklin for future plumbing needs.
