Best Repair Boiler in Minneapolis MN

We've used MN Plumbing & Heating for years, and John H has been out to our house multiple times - outstanding service every time.

Our A/C went out and our unit is located in the attic. A couple hvac companies told me they won’t go into attics anymore. Thankfully one of the companies told me to call Standard Heating. I was so thankful he gave me the recommendation. They came out within 2 days. Jason Z and Casey G came to our home and looked at our A/C and put up with our very excited and curious Labs. They were friendly, efficient, prompt and fixed our A/C in a short period of time. Jason and Casey are an asset to Standard Heating. We would highly recommend Standard Heating to anyone looking for a respectable company.

Josh and his team were awesome. They were quick, in a timeliness that we needed to hit. They were honest, helpful and the job was done well. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!

I don't like this Company. As their tag line says. They dont respect someones business. I called in early October to schedule a furnace tune-up my appointment was suppose to be October 26th. They called the day before and said they needed to re-schedule but couldnt do it till January. WHAT- really - so i called another company and they were here in less then 2 weeks and were very professional and appreciated my business. Which Genz-Ryan didnt want. Dan

Everyone at Deans is incredibly professional and helpful! We had Matt Z come out to fix an electrical issues we have been having for a while now. He was very transparent and kind while inspecting the issue and then returned the following week to dig the trench, replace, wires, etc.Since then, we got enrolled in the Deans Membership and have been taking advantage of the 5 free inspections. Brandon S came out to inspect our HVAC and was fantastic, then Matt L inspected our plumbing. They have all done a great job to keep me the loop during the whole process, took lots of picures, and explained everything. We will definetly hire them for replacement work and look forward to our coming inspections (other than learning everything is old and has issues).

This company was great. They met us in our time of need when dealing with a horrible plumbing company through our HSA. John with Piperight plumbing was a breath of fresh air compared to them. He was prompt, had an apprentice with him, and was efficient in repairing our issues. We would definitely recommend this company!

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.

RightMark doesn't provide a fairly priced service.

Rob Larson was great. He was fast and spoke me through everything. My experience makes me keep their card in case I need service. The price seemed a little higher than I expected but they came out for free to check it out, so it was worth it. Thanks Rob for great service.

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.

UNPROFESSIONAL - GO ELSEWHERE.
Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.

Horrible customer experience; rude, accusatory and wrongly prejudicial.
Tried to charge us 6x the cost of parts.

Never again.
