Excellent customer service.Quickly determined the problem.Explained very clearly my options and was able to replace my aged water heater and softener that after noon.Very competent service.Very respectful of my house.Wouldn't have known he was here but had hot soft water by supper.Good JOB!

Jake the Plumber was our first experience with hiring a plumber, and we were very pleased. They were prompt, the cost was reasonable, they took the time to go over the repair in detail, and thoroughly answered any questions that we had. We live on the opposite side of the metro from Jake's, and thus had a travel cost, but it was well worth it. We will definitely use them again the next time we need a plumber.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

Got a quote from another company for a simple repair. $900 and they recommended $10k in other work. Weld did the repair job in less than an hour and charged me $300. Dayne did a great job and was friendly/quick. Highly recommend.

Had Mike from Norblom out today to do a simple replacement job under our kitchen sink that we just didn't have time to do ourselves. He called to let me know he was on the way, arrived 5 minutes before the beginning of our appointment window, was very personable and seemed like a straight shooter. He also checked our basement floor drain and was able to get Norblom's drain guy, Zach, scheduled right away to clear it out. He was also right on time (arrived 5 min after the appointment window started). Both jobs were done quickly and like Mike, Zach was friendly and very nice about answering my questions about maintenance. Total for the two separate calls was $305. They also replaced our water heater a few years ago (think that was done by a Ben), and we were happy with that service as well. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Unfortunately the service at Kelly Plumbing has gone downhill. I paid this company thousands of $ for doing the plumbing on a remodeling project a few years ago and was satisfied with the result. I’ve pursued them for months to get them to do the same work at a new property and they won’t even return my (multiple) calls and e-mails. Disappointing.

We had Standard Heating and Air Conditioning come out to check a furnace problem several years ago on a furnace that one of biggest local HVAC companies had installed 11 years ago. Several problems were identified that were corrected. One was improper venting and the second was a gas fitting which had been installed incorrectly. We have had them come out twice a year since that first visit. The quality of the staff is outstanding. Their pricing is fair and I trust their recommendations.

Called requesting consultation for my mothers home after seeing so many positive reviews. The woman on the phone was very nice - I explained to her it was not urgent and she was kind and set us up for Mon/Tues. My mother called on Monday to ask for a time to ensure she would be there and the gentleman she spoke to said i am too busy to do this today... then proceeded to tell us there was a fee for his time.
Called today to let them know that we would no longer be needed their services due to the rude behavior of this man (we do not need to give our limited resources to people like that) and he initially hung up on me because he thought I took to long to talk, then I called back and he pick up the phone frustrated IS ANYONE THERE?
Get a grip dude...you are way to rude to be picking up the phone.
I'd pass on this place, there are plenty of options in the Twin Cities.

Phone call resulted in same day appointment, with full service scheduled for the following day. Kurt was personable, knowledgable, and professional. With his can do attitude, he replaced both outdoor faucets and indoor shutoff valves, one of which was quite difficult to access.
I would definitely use this company again and recommended to friends.

They do charge less for their service and I felt the person who came was professional and knowledgeable for what I needed to have done.
