JD is awesome! We have used him multiple times for smaller projects on our 50's rambler and recently had him help with a bathroom remodel. He replaced all the existing (old) pipes and drain lines and got everything set up so I could install the hardware. Good rates, good service and a great guy!

Tom was fantastic! Friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. We called on Friday about a leaking toilet, and they were able to schedule a service appointment for Monday afternoon. Tom let us know the options and pricing, and about an hour or so later we had a whole new toilet installed, the old one removed, and we were good to go. Highly recommend!

we had a main drain back up into our house. Cutting edge responded to our call very quickly. After trying to clear the line it was determined that a high pressure hose was needed. Within minutes the truck arrived, blew out the line and all was good. I can't thank them enough for their fast service and expertise. I will be using them for any future needs and highly recommend them to anyone.

Best customer service ever! Brian was dispatched to my house only hours after I called for service. Underground drain pipe for my house was clogged and left me unable to wash any clothes or dishes. Brian fixed it quickly and also recommended things to improve my house faucet mounting. He was very professional and also double checked my washing machine to make sure it drained properly. Highly recommend this company and the fact that they were very reasonable price wise. Skip the other companies and their next day service. These guys took great care of me.

Brad is genuine and professional. Our bathtub drain was clogged and we called him after our attempting to unclog it failed. He cut out and replaced old pipe so it is easier to run a snake. He also unclogged the drain. Knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced.

Wish I had called them first! Quick and so thorough on main sewer clean-out! My sewer was so blocked by roots I was afraid I’d have to have someone excavate. They persisted and cleared it. Now I’m hoping I can get one of these cool CIPP liners so I don’t have to deal with this in my 130+ year old sewer again!

We had a terrible leak in a second floor bathroom. We were able to stop it in time by closing the shut off valve. (N.B.: always know where you shut off valves are).

Our go to sewer contractor in Minneapolis. Reasonable, experienced and honest.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
