Best Plumbing Inspections in Minneapolis MN

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

I broke the hot water pipe going to washing machine and pipe leaking, called made appointment. They were able to come out several days early.
Zach was fantastic, fixed both problems in under an hour, he was so polite and knew exactly what he was doing. The cost was sp much less than i was thinking it would be.

All of the workers were very professional and good at their jobs, but the admin clearly has some communication issues. They had a lot of trouble figuring out how I should pay portions for each service, as their departments don’t seem to communicate all that well. I would not recommend using this company for more than one service at a time. Also, even after the 10% Deans List discount, the pricing is pretty high.This company seems pretty preoccupied with getting positive reviews, which is a little off putting. I’m getting absolutely spammed with requests to review like 6 different workers. And one worker was gonna walk my wife thru the process of giving a positive review on her phone. I’m guessing their reviews are intentionally artificially inflated, which really rubs the statistician inside of me the wrong way.

Fast, same day service to thaw my frozen line. A little expensive, but what isn't these days.

Called Matt on a Sunday AM to report a leaking water heater. Matt gave me phone instructions to get the situation under control then showed up as promised in the PM to replace the water heater after going over all my options. Prompt, courteous, honest and thorough -- that's Matt!

Cichy’s did a phenomenal job fixing our sewer line quickly. Also appreciated their communication and thoughtfulness to hand dig the top layer so they could relay the grass back in place!!! Much appreciated gesture that many over look. Would recommend to everyone who needs help fixing their sewer line.

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
