Easily the best plumbing/boiler service I have ever experienced. Jake came out the same day I called for a service need for my boiler. I asked if I could look over his shoulder and have him educate me on my system. He gladly explained how the system worked and how and what needed to be fixed, and then followed through with outstanding service. Very professional and affordable. Will be calling again with home repair needs.

Justin did a fantastic job. I summarized my problem and emailed it to Erik. Erik was able to give a ball park estimate and it was a good price. The job came in a little over the estimate, but Justin did much more than I expected. And here's the kicker. The price came in at less than one third of what a name-brand plumbing outfit wanted!

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Roto-Rooter was able to come out late on a Sunday night to save my family's house from our drain backing up into the shower and laundry room. Only took a few hours for someone to arrive after a call to dispatch, there was a substantial coupon online, and the work is guaranteed for six months. Darrell did a great job and was very professional. Thanks!

Had two things done. One had a very minor leak 9 months later but they were quick to fix it.

Had new water heater installed Sept 2020.. Manufacturer Controller failed in April of 2021.. Nordblom team were able to find the part and installed in the same day... Shout out to Amy and Mike for persistence and flawless communication to get this repair resolved... TY Brian

AMAZING!! They are just amazing!! First, when our electric meter melted, they had the box replaced within 24 hours.Then when our furnace went blower died they were here the same day we called! The service guy was super upfront about the age of our furnace and AC and how replacing the blower probably wasn't the best idea. We went with the top of the line package for a replacement, but the dude wasn't pushy at ALL. He triple checked it was what we wanted. Then they gave us big room/window AC units to hold us over from a Saturday to Tuesday when they could replace our system for FREE. Both units were replaced, no mess was left, we didn't have to be home watching them, and THEY FOUND OUR TORTOISE! (tortoise has hid the night before and we couldn't find him before leaving for work). If I could give this company 10 out of 5 stars I would!

Great job by Jeremiah -- prompt, knowledgeable, pleasant, interesting, helpful, efficient and effective. Very responsible. I also greatly appreciated that he told me he has been vaccinated for COVID-19 -- this is important and I hope that your establishment is actively encouraging your personnel, who go into other peoples' homes, get vaccinated for their own safety and that of your customers.

We had an emergency plumbing situation. Dan, on very short notice, was able to walk me through necessary troubleshooting and we were able to control the leak. Very easy to work with! Would recommend!!

They were on time and made efficient use of the time they were here. We had lots of questions about what could’ve led to our drain issues and the plumbers were very helpful with all our questions. It seemed like they could tell we were looking for advice because they also gave some insight on signs of age with our water heater unsolicited, which we really appreciated because we aren’t very knowledgeable on these topics.

My sewer was backing up all the big companies where busy or very expensive. Pablo came out was in the area, had it fixed in 1n hour. Very professional hardworking small business owner. I love supporting companies like this.

I called a different repair company first to look at my water softener and regretted it. The other company was pushing for a sale and spent no time at all actually looking at the current appliance. I decided to get a second opinion from HomeWorks and I am very glad I did! HomeWorks was very responsive, able to come and assist quickly, and did a professional and thorough job of reviewing my current appliance before recommending a move to a newer model. Adam was pleasant to work with, educated my husband and I without talking down to us, and after giving us some time to think through the right option for us he jumped very quickly into the repair , which ended up being less expensive and have a longer warranty than the first company. Adam took time after the installation to educate us about care and settings, and he also answered some questions we had as new homeowners about other appliances and preventative maintenance. Adam was great and I was very pleased with the high quality and quick installation, and the fair pricing. I would work with HomeWorks again any time I needed their help.
