Jake is a true professional, giving me options I would have never thought of. I had a troublesome pipe prone to freezing and he identified a few good options and gave me a few pricing options to find a perfect solution. The work was done well and with little inconvenience. I will continue to recommend Jake for all plumbing needs near my home in Golden Valley. A few of my neighbors already have.

We bought a 1926 house with the understanding that it would require major plumbing work after our inspection. We got bids from 3 different plumbers, and Jaron from ENP was impressively thorough with the quote. The quote took a lot longer than expected because the house had a lot of quirks, and ENP charges for quotes. It was the lowest quote and the most thorough. We hired him to come in the Monday after we closed, and he and assistant Tim fully revamped our plumbing in 5 days during a snowstorm. They brought absolutely everything up to code, helped us select new fixtures and a toilet, and took care of many issues beyond what we discussed in the quote. Because of several unanticipated issues with the plumbing and us choosing some more complex upgrades, we went over the original quote, but Jaron talked us through each additional component and made sure we wanted to go through with it. All was very fair and we got a lot of great features that we weren't originally planning to do now. At the end, he walked us through the whole job and explained every component and what we needed to know. The job site was meticulously clean and organized. We'll be using Erik Nelson Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs. Thank you so much!

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

Scheduling was quick and easy and they were able to get somebody out right away to clear my basement drain that was pushing up lots of sediment. I felt pricing was fair and I appreciated the Covid precautions taken.

I called Bonfe on Tuesday morning to get my kitchen drain/sewer unplugged. They didn’t have any appointments times until Thursday.So Tyreese J. put me on a “will call” list. At 5:30 pm Adam was at our door and jetted our kitchen drain all the way to the main sewer. We can use our sink again.Both men were very helpful and courteous. Adam was very careful not to make a mess and cleaned up the area before leaving.We are very happy with Bonfe.

Unfortunately the service at Kelly Plumbing has gone downhill. I paid this company thousands of $ for doing the plumbing on a remodeling project a few years ago and was satisfied with the result. I’ve pursued them for months to get them to do the same work at a new property and they won’t even return my (multiple) calls and e-mails. Disappointing.

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

Pablo was wonderful! I was so worried I would have to wait for days to get someone over for my main drain. I read a review on the Hamline-Midway FB page and decided to give him a call. He answered immediately and asked if it could wait till tomorrow or if he needed him Right Away. I said I needed help Right Away and he was at my home within 1.5 hours. Very professional, knowledgeable, and a really nice guy!! Thank you for your prompt service...I will definitely tell others about Right Away and will call the next time I need something. We had our tank water heater and A/C unit replaced at the same time as they were both about 20 years old. These guys were awesome, honestly. They got the A/C unit replaced the day we agreed to go with them, and the water heater replaced with a much nicer tankless one four days later, including a long weekend. I will say they weren’t cheap, but you know what? You get what you pay for. The work was done well, done right, and done quickly. Highly recommended.
