Best New Piping in Minneapolis MN

Jake The Plumber Plumber
I chose Jake the Plumber simply because I saw one of their vans at our neighbor's house a couple weeks before. I believe our plumber's name was Rick. He was incredibly professional and personable. We had a drippy old spigot and the shut off valve to the outside water was also dripping in my basement. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do, discussed potential issues that may come up in the process, and in the end, delivered on his promises in a very timely manner. His work was super clean, my problem was solved, and I was better educated by the time he left. Also, the new spigot is much better than the one I had before. I would hire them again without hesitation!!

They were professional, helpful and did a great job installing a new turn off valve for us. The technician was very kind and explained things in depth. He also helped us save money with an easy fix on a leaky valve. We'd for use Norblom again.

Erickson Plumbing, Heating, Air, Electrical Plumber
Furnace went out in middle of night. They came out the next afternoon. The problem was found to be a limit switch Which was not available until the next day. Erickson brought over some heaters to prevent freezing of pipes. Next day it was fixed. Two days later the same part blew. I made an appointment for service but due to an over thought I was forgotten about.when I called again they had someone over pretty quick. Again had to wait a day to get the part but they took care of me. All three service guys I met were helpful and personable. I would recommend them and use them again.

John Anderson Plumbing Plumber
My wife and I just moved into our first home. I went to replace the shower head in the master bathroom and the whole arm came off. I tried calling three other plumbers only to get voicemails and haven't yet heard back from two. John answered right away and was at our house within 30 minutes of answering and had us back up and running one hour after I called him. Will absolutely keep using John's services!

Street Plumbing Inc Plumber
Everyone at Street Plumbing is extremely responsive, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They provided outstanding service with the replacement of a kitchen faucet, pot filler, shut off valve and sink screens. I received an estimate from Austin promptly after I send him pictures that was very competitive and well below the overpriced one that I had received from Hero Plumbing. I will for sure use Street Plumbing again when the need arises.

Pronto Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. Plumber
Peter did such a good job servicing our A/C unit. He answered all of my questions and didn’t rush - he took the time to properly diagnose the issue and made sure everything else was working properly. Thanks for being thorough and fixing our problem. Great to have A/C working again! Pronto also got out here earlier than the actual installer of the A/C was too!

Blaylock Plumbing Co. Plumber
The guy didn't check his work, so I need to call another plumber to do the job. They are very expensive - $200 for a 10 min job, and he didn't even check to see if it was working. The owner and the plumber were rude and very impatient. They don't guarantee their work. Call someone else to get the job done right at an affordable price. Not sure how they stay in business since their focus is on commercial work.

RightMark Plumbing Plumber
My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.

RightMark doesn't provide a fairly priced service.

Richfield Plumbing Co. Plumber
The work was ok, just not worth the price, I recommend finding a business with more competitive rates. No quote, no communication during or after work. We had no idea how much it would even cost until 2 weeks after the work was done when they snail mailed the invoice to us. $300 for 30 minutes of labor (I'm not counting parts) I know they charge for driving time but I chose them specifically because they are close to our house (3 miles away). Caveat emptor!
