Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

Our much more than a century old plumbing has been providing us with mysterious leaks and disconcerting noises recently. We called Norblom expecting to schedule some estimates and repairs within a week, and instead have a repaired sink, drain, and suggested repairs for our remodel project two hours later. Chris, the plumber who came to our place, was prompt, efficient, happy to answer questions and offer a number of alternatives for addressing our old house plumbing concerns. We'll be calling Norblom for future plumbing work, and recommend them most highly - simply the tops.

He is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and is a kind and gentle person who listens and explains all that he does. He is quick to respond to questions before, during and after installation. I called the 24 hour line because the main water line coming into our house sprung a leak.Initially talked to Jess. She was fantastic and helped me find contact information so I could determine if the issue was the city’s problem or mine. Multiple phone calls later and she remained helpful, patient, and kind. She followed up the next day with a text message to see if the city was able to help (which they were not). She was the able to get someone to my house within 3 hours. Alex the plumber arrived at about 1230 pm.Alex came out to our house today today and was great. Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and professional. If his bosses are reading this...you should give him a raise. We would continue to use HomeWorks because of our experience with Jess and Alex.Overall...A+ due to the great people employed by HomeWorks.

Dave was great. Quick service (same day). Had to go get parts, came back and got it done. Reasonable for same day service. Gas line issues, totally worth having professionals do it!

Mitch was the best! Have had many interactions with MSP over the years, first review here and I would highly recommend Mitch for a tech visit. Great at answering questions, followed up on things he couldn’t answer immediately, and overall super knowledgeable and very honest and up front about everything. Have had experience with many MSP plumbing and HVAC techs over the last 8-10 years, many try to sell us on unnecessary maintenance/repairs. Mitch was straight about what we did and did not need, very refreshing (and unexpected) for MSP.

Was assigned to this contractor by a home warranty company. Was told to call if I didn’t hear from them in one business day. I gave them 2. Called 2 times, texted, had my landlord call with zero response. After a week I found someone else to fix it on my own. That is horrible customer service, to not even be acknowledged. Choose another company.
