Best Maintenance in Minneapolis MN

Let's face it, calling in a plumber isn't cheap. But, TJK Plumbing is reasonable. They have fair prices and do great work. Tim was awesome! He took the time to explain how he would make the repairs (a burst water pipe from over the winter and replacement of both shut-off valves for the main water supply.) He called on his way, as promised, and was on time. If you need plumbing service, call TJK, you won't be sorry.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

I had a leak in one of my water main shut off valves. I got quotes from three places, Welder and Sons came in at about 2/3 the price of the next cheapest option. The receptionists I spoke to were kind and knowledgeable. I was able to get a slot first thing the following morning and the plumber came on time and ready for the job. It was done within the quoted time and he was very personable answering additional questions I had. The work looks professional and I would absolutely recommend this company based on my experience

I've had multiple jobs done by Norblom Plumbing and I've been very happy with every one. We've had everything done from appliance installation (gas range, washing machine, dryer, water heater) to help with bathroom renovation (new tub, toilet, and sink) and the work is done very well. The plumbers are quick, have strong attention to detail, and do a good job cleaning up after themselves when the job is done. On top of that, the plumbers are friendly. Top notch service, all around.

JC came out for an AC tune up and was incredibly helpful, informative, and easy to talk to. He gave us trustworthy advice without any pressure. Was very happy to have JC help us.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

I own a small business. We provided Steinkraus with a water meter for a job they were working on. They never paid us for it. We called repeatedly and they said they would pay. Then they said they were done with the job and it was too late for them to pay us. Then, after 2 years they said the meter was too expensive. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Been in business for 8 years and this is the only time a customer hasn't paid. I wouldn't do business with them if I were you. Lots of other plumbers around.

They were a subcontractor for another plumbing company...came out same afternoon and got our drain running....he did a excellent job...he cleaned the entire area it looked good drain works fine....when it came time to pay bill was $26.00 higher than I was told on phone....after the guy that was hear called he was told that they charge the lower price but when they are call by another company the price go up...I said I was only going to pay lower and the office agreed to that as it was there mistake...when it came time to pay cash or check.....I asked about card and he said he could call it in...but his boss said no card ,cash or check...then he had no change.....got him paid
If I use them again I will have small bill to pay in Cash
