Just used them, very happy with the outcome. Called around 7am and needed emergency visit because of leaking pipe. They said someone would show up between 8-4, and would call 30 minutes prior. Around 11 received a text notifying me somone was on the way, and then received a call. Two plumbers, Josh and Adam, were great. professional and knowledgeable. Not sure if TJK is high or low priced or average - but from a service perspective would definitely recommend.

UPDATE: used them again for water heater installation. prompt, professional, and Josh did a fantastic job!

I am extremely impressed with this company. They got out quickly, charged a fair price, and the plumber they sent out (Simon) was friendly, knowledgeable, cleaned up really well after the job and was just overall awesome. I will 10000% be using ENP for my next project.

We hired Don Weld to bring the basement bathroom up to code. When he wrote up the work that was to be done, he left out a significant part, while doing work that ultimately was useless We ended up getting two estimates, and in both occasions he had a line on the estimate suggesting more work might need to be done, when in fact that was absolutely going to need to be done.. In order to bring the basement shower up to code, it needed both a new shower fixture and to be vented--he only told us about the fixture, quoted us for that, while failing to mention the venting, which even his own plumbers knew about. In other words, we paid for half the job thinking it was done, and then he sprung the fact that there was more to do. The inspector, the plumbers at Weld, the inspector's boss, and a new plumber were all baffled as to how this was missed. In the end, we paid another plumber (Ben Franklin, which was great) to cap the shower and remove the new fixture we just paid to have installed (in order to bring all this up to code).
The work that was done by Weld and Sons was fine, but if you use them and see on your estimate things like no guarantee or a note that there may be more work done, expect that that will be the case. This has not been the case with other plumbers we have used in the past, and it was not the case with Ben Franklin.
Also, thank you Weld Plumbing for putting your advertising stickers all over our water heater without asking.

Highly recommend! My water heater was leaking and they sent Nathan out ASAP. Nathan was on the phone with me many times to talk through the repairs and financing. I could tellhe truly cared for my well-being and wanted to fix my water issues right away. I had a leak one evening and by the next day problem solved and I have a brand new water heater and water softener!

Austin and his crew put a new bath/shower surround/fixtures in for us. They did a great job for a very reasonable price. They have since done some smaller jobs for us and we have always gotten great service. Streets is great with communication on scheduling and arrival. He and his crew take their shoes off, bring pads and tarps to protect surroundings and do a great job of cleaning up after jobs. I highly recommend Streets Plumbing!

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

My main drain pipe was clogged. My warranty company had hired these guys to come out.

Two stars for the effort of the guys that came out. They put in quite some time, a full day of work(8 hours) and yet, the job was incomplete. One star for the communication. I was told they were going to come back out the next day to use a different method. 10:00AM, I called them and they said they aren’t coming back out because they did all they could.

I had to call my warranty company again and got it resolved through a different company.

Definitely would not use these guys again.
