Best Main Line Drain Cleaning in Minneapolis MN

I have used TJK plumbing several times now and it has been a great experience. I had technician David come to put a new water shut-off valve for my dishwasher. I appreciated that he came out so quickly as we were having issues with our dishwasher. David arrived right on time and did a great job for us. Then, I had Josh come out to replace the plumbing under our sink. He was able to resolve a long-standing issue that no other plumber had been able to fix correctly. Again, very courteous, arrived right on time, and did a great job. I know who to call when I need a plumber!

Highly recommend Minnesota Plumbing and Heating! Great customer service, quick, efficient, respectful, reliable, ethical work. Dave was personable, low pressure but informative when we had to make decisions . He showed detail oriented, solid work in replacing our water heater. This company was easy to work with throughout the entire process. Office staff were helpful and efficient. Love the communication process this company uses to keep us updated with timelines etc. Our favorite: the text messages ahead of time with info complete with picture of the professional coming to our home, which left us not only informed but also feeling more secure in knowing we were allowing a safe person into our home! In the end, Dave left our home clean as if he was never here. Overall a great experience.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

The technician, Luke #3657, was excellent. He clearly explained the problem and corrected it very efficiently.

We needed our sump pump fixed ASAP as it broke the day we were leaving town for the week and the day before New Years. Zach came out to our home earlier than expected and was quick and attentive and very nice. We will use this company for all our plumbing needs.

Brad came out to unclog our kitchen drain and was diligent about clearing the drain several times til it was unclogged. Very professional and left the area clean.

Tom was great to work with and gave us excellent options!

I called late on a Sunday evening because one of our bathroom sink valves inexplicably broke and was spraying water all over the bathroom. I expected them to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency visit but Ken calmly talked me through a quick fix that would hold us over until Monday morning when a technician could come during regular hours. Our tech, Corey, came over right away on Monday morning and fixed the issue. Ken saved us hundreds by talking me through a fix instead of sending someone and Corey was awesome and fixed the pipe within 30 minutes. I was blown away by how quickly they were able to respond and help. I highly recommend!!!

The two service reps were very good and explained everything before beginning. I felt that the charges were a little high for the completed work. They did good work and were very efficient in getting job completed.

Brian was excellent, detail oriented, and did a quick and great job replacing my garbage disposal. Went above and beyond with friendly quality service! Will use again for sure.

They did a good job in finding the problem with the sewage and with a reasonable charge. They gave me a solution on how to fix the hole in the pipes. Would highly recommend them for anyone who needs help with the any problem right away.

Your van 23 was driving very unsafe… 10+ over highway speed limit, riding every person that didn’t get out of their way, shifted lanes super aggressively. Very unsafe for a large vehicle… won’t be hiring this company

We had a new dishwasher, sink faucet, and garbage disposal all installed by Alan in our new-to-us 1917 house. He was very knowledgeable and taught us everything about the systems in the house. He went through basically every pipe and handle with us. He gave us professional advice when it came to choosing what to install. He also fixed our toilets that kept running. Alan will be out go to guy for any plumbing need in the future!
