Best Local Drain Cleaning in Minneapolis MN

We're brand new homeowners and needed a plumbing company that seemed trustworthy and affordable. There were two issues that needed addressing: one was our kitchen sink would drain slowly when washing dishes for a few minutes. The other was our basement bathroom's faucet had a slow drip when turning on the hot water. Two technicians were sent over to fix the separate issues. Larry worked on the draining issue and Dan worked on the bathroom faucet. Both technicians were professional, friendly, and hard working.

I was especially pleased with how the drain problem was solved: At first Larry tried jetting, but it didn't solve the problem. He then used a 100 drain snake machine that successfully cleared the pipes. Even though the jetting was at a higher price point, we were only charged the lower price for the snaking. As for the faucet, solving that issue would require replacing the unit, so we declined the fix for another time, even though Dan could have made the replacement on the spot. There was no pressure to make the fix, which was greatly appreciated. So the only cost for Dan was the combined $60 travel fee for both technicians. Not bad! We'll likely use TJK again for our plumbing needs.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Pablo is great find. An honest, hard-working contractor. No hidden fees, no trip charges or B.S. He quoted me $135 for a clogged kitchen sink and that is exactly what I paid. the first time I called regarding an issue with my service, the person on the phone said they would charge to come back. Eventually someone else called back and it was resolved to my satisfaction.

Matt's Plumbing responded to my service call quickly even though it was late on a Friday. Matt, the owner, was very courteous and professional. He took the time to explain what the issue was with my water heater and softener. He showed me exactly what would need to be done to remedy the situation and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He also made sure everything was cleaned up after he was done, including vacuuming around the area. I would definitely recommend him and his company.

I needed drain cleaning service on very short notice on a Sunday. Called Ken's Sewer Service and it was very easy to work with them. Took a picture, texted it and about an hour later I had someone working on my drain clean up. Fair price for weekend service and 10% discount for being a first time customer. Highly recommend.

Spectacular service, very quickly scheduled and even more quickly done! They came out to do a significant replacement of my sewer line (24 feet of pipe ended up being needed) from within feet of my house and inches of my front stoop. They did a solid job of retaining the lawn as much as could be expected given the scope of the project, but even more importantly avoided cutting or damaging the stamped concrete pathway/stoop that wound around the area they needed to work on. They were very respectful of my neighbor's property line close to the work area. They accomplished this all within 8-5 business hours in a single day. They scheduled me for 04May after providing an estimate on 19Apr (very short turnaround in the middle of what I understand to be their busy season). Mark and Jess were very helpful along the way, and the crew was very friendly and professional. I'm extremely pleased with my service, and would recommend Cichy's to anyone who might need any of the services they provide.
