TJK Plumbing is a great company if you need emergency service! We had a leaking water meter under our stairs in our split level home and the who downstairs area under the stairs and bottom of the steps was full of water. I called the typical big names first (the rooters) and they either didn't answer or I was told it would be a 3 day wait! I explained I couldn't get the water shut off and then just hung up. I called TJK and they said they could get someone out the same night and 10 minutes later I get a call from their guy saying he'd be over in like 15 minutes. He came when he said he would, looked at what was going on and then wrote up a quick estimate and when I looked it over and approved it, he got right to work. He had all the parts he needed in his truck and got it done in no time. He took the time to show me the busted pipe and explained what happened and what likely caused it. Hint: Minnesota = hard water. We paid via our bank card with his portable card reader and gave us a receipt and he was on his way. Super nice, friendly guy who clearly knew his stuff. Their magnet is on the side of our fridge for future reference!

We had a leaky valve in our toilet and I found Norblom Plumbing from the good reviews on Nextdoor. I called in the morning, the plumber was on site the same day, and it was all fixed 30 minutes later! They have a very helpful texting system to keep you updated about your appointment which I found really convenient. They offer fair and transparent pricing! I'm going to keep them on hand for any future plumbing needs!

Erickson installed a Rheem hybrid pump water heater for me. The install itself was smooth, but where these guys really went above and beyond was answering my questions ahead of the install. These hybrid pump units are somewhat newer, so naturally I had a few questions, and if Erickson didn't have the answer, they went right to their Rheem rep to get me the relevant info. Really a great experience working with Erickson.

When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

Seemed expensive, but everything service-related is expensive nowadays. Installer was pleasant, knowledgeable, prompt and efficient, Excellent cleanup afterward.

They charge you an arm and a leg just to come out. $127 just to come our and gave me wrong einformation. Definitely not recommended

As a first time home owner (therefore, a first time shoot, I have a leak thinker), I wasn't sure what to expect when finding a plumber or how much cash I had to shell out just to have one come look at my issue. I am relieved to say they isolated the issue fast and fixed it up without it draining my bank. They were fast, friendly, and very professional.

I just had to have my water heater replaced after it started leaking. They were able to talk me through how to shut off the water heater as well as come out within 48 hours and replace it for a very reasonable price. Will definitely use again.

Update: 6/28. The office did contact me for payment information and the cost of the Air Conditioner was reimbursed to me in Full. I do like the fact that they are going to provide this unit to a future customer that may have similar heat concerns that I did while waiting for their service team to come out to troubleshoot the issue.----------------------Update: I did receive a call from them today (6/20). They are going to buy the portable unit that I purchased from Home Depot and provide it to other customers that may have a similar situation. I'll provide another follow up if this actually happens.----------Previously when you air conditioner was installed in March I was excited about the services provided by Genz Ryan. Evidentially after the unit is installed, their customer services drops dramatically.Once it came time to use the air conditioner, my home would not cool below 80 degrees. I called and the soonest they could come out was 2 weeks. How disappointing and frustrating! Brand new client and they cant take the time to find out what was installed incorrectly. I have a private business in my home watching dogs. Some of these dogs do not do well in heat. When I called back to find an earlier time, they bumped it up by 3 days. Still didn't help.I had to purchase a portable air conditioner in order to keep everyone comfortable in at least one room of the house.When Genz Ryan finally came out, the installer forgot to flip a switch and turn on the outside unit. Really!! I had to wait 2 weeks for that.When I complained and asked for a partial refund to assist with the unnecessary purchase of the portable air conditioner I was told they would need to review at the office and I would receive a call be on Monday (this was Friday). I waited until Thursday. No call. I called back and was told they would relay the message. No call on Friday.They have the gall to send me an email the following Monday to schedule the AC start up follow up appointment.So frustrating.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
