Sid came out to repair a pipe leak and was very prompt, friendly, and helpful with the whole situation. Would definitely recommend TJK Plumbing!

I'll start by saying that I have not yet used Jake for our plumping issue, but the five stars are for the 20 minutes he spent with me on the phone. I called him from California to discuss a possible sewer problem on a home we purchased for my son in St Paul. Jake was absolutely wonderful in discussing possible fixes, keeping the cost as low as possible, and just all the time he spent with me on a busy work day. I've been a home and business owner in California for over 45 years and have had a lot of interaction with plumbers, and none have been so pleasant and understanding about throwing money at something that is not yet a problem. I will definitely hire Jake to do the work for us once the property closes.

We had a plugged kitchen sink. Their website advertises sink unplugging for $94. I called them and had an appointment the following day. When on-site, the plumber said he would recommend using a jet cleaner instead of a regular mechanical snake. $560!!!Than he said he needs to replace the S trap under the sink (I found later that it costs $20 at Home Depot) and he spent 15 minutes to change it. An additional $375. When I said this was not the right price, he said I don’t charge you for the parts and the labor, I charge you for the experience.Do not use this company. At least this plumber was abusing the situation.

Estimated job at $300-$500 and wound up costing $1300. Overpriced and rude. The quote was done IN PERSON, the estimate was for day 2 of the job. Your response does not pertain to this situation. I stand by my review.

I haven't used Stillwater Plumbing's services but I called on a Monday morning and John answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

Fast service, reasonable prices, solved our problem quickly. Or plumber, Brian, was knowledgeable and professional. We will definitely call again next time we have problems with our plumbing.

I called on a busy Sunday afternoon after bringing a new born baby home and needed an emergency plumber to fix a busted pipe in my utility room. I called Right Away and Pablo was out to the house within 30 minutes. He quickly accessed the problem and had a new pipe in within 20 minutes or so. He even replaced the shutoff valve because the old one wouldn't completely shutoff the water.

I was reticent to even get a plumber to come out and look at the issues I was having - I thought it would cost me *quite* a bit more than it did and be a huge hassle on top of that.Alex, the service tech, was personable, professional and efficient. He was in and out in about 20 minutes and solved all the issues I was having. I was truly blown away at how simple it all was.Should I have any sort of plumbing issues in the future I'll definitely go back to Paul Bunyan Plumbing and I would highly recommend you do the same.

Fast, friendly, knowledgeable. My water softener leaked the resin core and plugged my hot water heater and everything else in the house. LeVahn's got someone out the same day to replace the softener and flush-out the water heater. The tech was friendly and explained how to use the new softener. Great experience.

-25 degrees, frozen kitchen drain pipe Arrgh! Called Cutting Edge about 8am and by 1230 the Tech, Brett was at my home. He was very careful to use shoe and equipment covers, was very polite and explained everything he was doing. He found an 8 blockage and quickly took care of it.

I would strongly recommend Cutting Edge, I will use them again for any drain issues.

After going a week with backed up sewer in basement I called General Rooter. They did a complete fix on biggest problem and in one day I had water and no backup in basement. This company is very professional, and honest. I was updated on every step they did to fix problems. It was wonderful that Jason and team helped me. I highly recommend this Company!!!
