TJK came earlier than expected which was wonderful since we had a pipe leaking from the ceiling. Tim was knowledgeable and friendly.

New house, new to St. Paul. Had a leaky water spout on exterior of house. I didn't spend much time looking at it assumed it was frozen pipe problem. Jake's plumber came out assessed situation (5 mins) tightened a nut on top of the water fixture and fixed the problem. CHA CHING $204 service call minimum. OUCH!

Had a pinhole leak in our main supply pipe in our basement and found our old main shutoff gate valve just below the leak didn't fully close due to age and lack of use. Put in a request over the weekend (leak started Easter Sunday, of course) and first thing Monday morning had a call from Andy to get details on our issue. Andy coordinated with the city on our behalf to have our water shut off at the street the next morning and had a plumber out an hour after that. Andy was also extremely polite and patient when I had to call him back a couple more times to ask some other random questions about the job. I had called a couple other places for estimates/scheduling and no one was able to confidently coordinate our repairs and answer questions as quickly as LeVahn Bros.

I am unfortunately blanking on the name of the plumber who came out to do the work (I want to say Brad?) but regardless, he was also friendly and professional, explained our options, and executed the repair flawlessly. He replaced our degraded valve and the main supply pipe from the meter to the water softener and cleaned up the puddle that was left from the leak.

While I certainly hope I don't need to call a plumber again anytime soon, LeVahn Bros is definitely up at the top of my list for future jobs.

Shea did a great job with the install of my water heater, water softener and everything else. Very knowledgeable and fun guy to talk to. Aaron replaced my furnace and a/c he did an amazing job and answered any question that i had. Steve did a lot of electrical for all the new equipment and he was awesome definitely would recommend for other electrical needs. Max assessed my issues with my home he gave me all the info i needed to know and gave me options. The whole team that came out did great definitely would recommend to anyone.

Please call this company for your plumbing concerns. Chris arrived within the time predicted, assessed the situation professionally and thoroughly explained what his intent was to fix the drain issue plus the costs involved. Ultimately it was discovered a frozen pipe was the culprit. Again, before he began the process to remove the ice, all procedures and costs were reviewed for me. Thank you Chris.
