Best Kitchen Sink Backup in Minneapolis MN

Very good service and arrived when expected. The only complaint I have is the price. All I needed was a sink line snaked. A very easy job for a professional with commercial equipment that took an hour of dragged out labor. I attempted to use a regular snake with an old fashioned bent bar for a crank only to hit a dead end without clearing the clog. If you have the same issue I did, you're much better off heading to a rent-a-center to get a power snake auger, educating yourself on YouTube for an hour or so beforehand, and doing it yourself. I will definitely look around more the next time I absolutely need a plumber.

I thought the service was too expensive because it took less than 20 minutes to fix the problem, but Brian was helpful about informing me how to avoid future problems.

The tech and his apprentice were knowledgeable and informative about the process of snaking my main line. I’d definitely call Roto Rooter in the future.

John-3756 cleaned up a slow floor drain and laundry tub drain. He let me know exactly what he was going to do and the cost. He did a great job and there was no mess left after the job. He was able to come out first thing in the morning so I was thankful for that as well. The only reason they don't get 5 starts is because it's expensive. $500 and about 2 hours to clean out the two drains....although I'm not sure anyone else would have been less expensive. I'd probably still hire them again, good customer service and did a good job!!

Plumber was dispatched and arrived in about 2 hours after call. He was friendly and professional and was able to resolve the problem within approx 45 minutes.

Our water heater broke, I called few plumbers with very high costs . Sabastian and sons plumbing is the right plumbing service is very cheap and professional service. Thank Sabastian and sons plumbing for coming to our house on a short notice.

Amazing Service! Our main sewer line was plugged on a Sunday. They were able to come out quickly and repair the problem. Helpful, knowledgable, fast and friendly!

Schedule the appointment last night they called me this morning and said that Andrew would be my technician and he would be here within an hour. He was here in less than 45 minutes and what a great employee fixed my problem was very professional I would absolutely recommend using rotor rotor if you have an issue. I would definitely ask for Andrew!

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
