We’ve had this company come to our house multiple times for plumbing, and they are excellent every time. Every plumber that has been in our house has been very knowledgeable and clearly knew what they were doing. I can’t say enough about how professional and competent they are — Erickson hires good people.

Just yesterday, we had to have our water heater replaced. It had started leaking and made a big mess on our basement floor. What’s worse, is when I noticed the leak, I went to turn the shut off valve (very old, probably hadn’t been touched in 20+ years), and instead of shutting off the water supply, it started leaking as well. I called Erickson right away. They were able to get somebody to our house same-day (on a Friday in the summer, no less), and were very fair on the price. It was a massive relief to be able to get it fixed so quickly. And the plumber who did the job was top notch.

If you have plumbing needs, I highly recommend this company. They have come multiple times to our house, and it’s been a great experience every time.

I scheduled a routine check of my air conditioner about 3 weeks ago and was given today's appointment with a 3-6pm window. Chad called about 15 minutes before arrival and he and Matt (a trainee) appeared just a little past 3pm. They were very professional as are all of the Standard Heating servicemen. Also pleasant and very efficient. They checked my AC system both inside and out and indicated that they could replace a part which would assist the efficiency of my AC. I requested that they order the part and Chad indicated that I would receive a call from the office when the part arrived and an appointment would be set up. I was very pleased with the service and attention that I received. Thank you for consistently good service, Standard Heating!

Craig was right on time, friendly, responsive to questions, and efficient in making his estimate. We are still waiting for a few more bids but were impressed by his professionalism and info.

Jason was terrific. We needed to replace a toilet in our 100+ year old house. He quickly determined exactly what was required, provided an estimate and walked us through the process. He made an installation appointment on the spot, no need for me to call again or wait for someone to call me. This install was complex because of old pipes, difficult access and a small bathroom. Jason reached out to a colleague for assistance when needed. We really appreciate the teamwork approach that MSP Plumbing and Heating uses. We had a similar experience when MSP Plumbing and Heating repaired out split duct a/c. Thank you!

First, I've used and been very happy with Janecky in the past, but had a rather poor experience this past time, notably with the customer service rep in particular.
I had scheduled some work today ten business days prior as their plumbers were booked. I went out of my way to explain the work to be done and was given a three hour window; inconvenient for me but the nature of the business.
An hour and a half in, I called to inquire. I was told the plumber had left me messages on our home phone - mea culpa as I was outside working on other projects and not sitting by the phone ( it was really only one message that asked if I could call him with no pertinent information on timeline)
The rep told me that they would, in fact, be 2.5 hours late. After some consideration, I said I would still have them do the work but wanted to share my disappointment, mainly because I don't believe this would be a job that took less than 30 minutes. The rep took the opportunity to assert that she was correct and my opinion was of no concern to her. I take that as a suggestion to find a different plumber.
