Brent came to look at a slow drip in the main water line just before the main water shutoff valve for the house. He was pretty sure it just needed tightening at the union, but he also thought that the valve itself should be replaced with a better quality valve. We agreed to have that done, even though it would require someone from the city to come out to shut the water off at the street. We paid for the initial evaluation, then for the 2nd visit to actually do the job. He did a professional job, and all is good. It would have been nice if the cost of the initial visit was credited against the repair visit, but I guess that’s not how it works. He did give us a $50 discount however, so that is appreciated.

Their technicians are very knowledgeable and experienced, and response and repair time has been fast for several issues I’ve had with my heating and AC.

The Pronto technician just left with booties in hand. Yes, they slip booties over their shoes before they set foot in your house. That is just one example of the level of service Pronto provides. We learned of their impeccable service after having them install our air conditioning and furnace several years back. We have gladly used them for all our maintenance issues and will continue to do so in the future. We have not hesitated in recommending Pronto to friends and family, who have, in turn, recommended them as well. On a side note, the tech today was scheduled to arrive at 3 pm. I got a call at 2:15 saying he was running early. The scheduler on the phone asked if the tech could COME early. (How often does that happen?) It was. I had a wonderful experience with Kintex. I went through my warranty company America Home Shield Warranty. I have been having issues with my kitchen sink faucet for over 2 months. AHS sent out another plumber company first. He could not fix the the faucet and totally misdiagnosed the issue. Finally after waiting on AHS and the back and forth for 2 month, AHS sent Kintex. Within a few days, Ike with Kintex came out, diagnosed the issue in 3 mins and fixed my sink in 5 mins. Finally someone who knows what he is doing with experience. Thank you Kintex!
