Fast service, good work, fair price. Ive used them 3 times now, all 3 times have been a good experience.

Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

Today was the first time I used Paul Bunyan Plumbing. Jon was excellent. He explained what was needed and kept me informed of how things were progressing. He was able to show me exactly where the drain pipe was clogged and show me on camera how well the pipe was flowing after clearing it. He also left notes on what he saw for future reference. This was my first service appointment since COVID 19 started. He was very professional and followed all the guidelines for a safe and touch free visit. I will definitely keep this company in mind if I need this type of service in the future and give them a 5 star ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐ rating.

7/5/23 Update: I received a call from a Director of Customer Service regarding my review. We discussed the service visit and noted the potential training opportunity for the tech who was onsite. My $99 service fee was refunded. The Customer Service Director was genuinely sincere in his desire to make the situation right and improve future service. I much appreciate Genz Ryan's committment to good customer service after a less-than-successful first encounter.We requested a service agent from Genz Ryan to come out and inspect/fix a clogged A-coil drainage line. This was causing water from condensation to back up into the HVAC unit and spill out onto our basement floor.When the agent arrived, I went down to the unit with him and explained the issue and our best guess at the cause (a simple clog in the PVC drainage pipe). He then spent the next 60 minutes running various diagnostic checks on the unit as well as the exterior AC unit. All of this is likely standard Genz Ryan procedure. At the end of his diagnostic checks he noted a slightly leaking solenoid on our humidifier system (completely unrelated to our issue), but said he couldn't find anything else wrong with the AC system. At that point, I again redirected his attention to the problem of the water pooling in the A-coil compartment likely caused by a clogged drainage line. He then spent 10 minutes inspecting that portion of the system and eventually agreed that this was the issue.He went out to his truck to draw up some quotes for a fix. The quote that he came back with was for a $925 complete replacement of the drainage piping. When I balked at the cost and the overkill of such a solution, he actually agreed and said that a DIY solution would likely be cheaper.In the end, I rejected the proposed $925 repair estimate, paid the $99 fixed service visit fee, received no service, and fixed the issue myself with a $4.99 pipe snake from the hardware store at 25 minutes of labor.I could not in good faith recommend Genz Ryan to a friend. They provided absolutely no value, did not have a practical, cost-effective solution to a simple issue, and tried to upsell me on unrelated maintenance services (spraying out my exterior AC unit and duct cleaning).

Cutting Edge has been cleaning out our sewer line for the last six years or so. They are always prompt, professional, and pleasant to work with. Most importantly, our basement has not flooded with sewage since we started to use them for annual cleanings!

I've used Dean's in the past and they've been very responsive to assist. However, after they misdiagnosed the issue I was having in my home they still charged me for services that I did not need. I've tried multiple times to resolve the issue over the phone and I have not received a call back. I'm a Deans club member and I will be canceling my membership with them. They're employees who come in your home are great and I'd expect that same service from the employees in the back office. They're great at collecting your money but not at rectifying issues. Home Owner beware

I had a plugged kitchen sink. They arrived on time and even before they did any work they told me the total cost would be $450. They removed the drain trap under the sink and then ran a snake through the pipe. It took a total of 10 minutes to do this. They unclogged the line but I thought $450 for 10 minutes of work was a bit ridiculous. I will never use them again or recommend them because of their inflated price. When I initially called and asked how much it would cost, I was told the trip charge was $59 and then there would be additional cost depending on what work needed to be done. It would have been nice to know upfront that for a simple drain clog the minimum price would be $450. I have never spent this much money before to unclog a drain. With previous people, I was billed after the work is complete because it depended how much time was spent on the project and what was involved.

Met with Bryon. Great guy! Very knowledgeable. Was to the point and answered all my questions. Very courteous and on time.

Preventative sewer line cleaning. Scheduled right away.
However, when my check accidentally bounced, I was threatened by text message after I requested an explanation of additional fee, and asked for the address so I could send a new check given I don’t pay bills online. Completely uncalled for.

Don't let the cost of Pedro's initial visit (to give you an estimate) scare you! At first, I have to admit, I was a bit put off by having to pay for an estimate but Pedro deserved every penny!!
He was the only plumber who was honest with me from the start!
He told me how difficult the project was going to be right from the beginning. He was dealing with an obsessive compulsive person who wanted her sink exactly in the middle of the wall in her bathroom.
While he said he would not be able to center the sink exactly where I wanted it, by the end of the project, he centered it right where I wanted it!!!
He worked very very hard to make sure I was pleased with every detail. He put up with my yappy little dogs and even my snoopy mother who was present for two of the three days he worked.
He had to saw through inches and inches of concrete to correctly tap off plumbing errors made during my homes construction. He also cleaned up a gnarly mess of copper piping and streamlined it perfectly!
My bathroom project has had me in tears more than once but Pedro performed a wonderful and very very thorough job. I will never hire anyone else for any future plumbing needs. Pedro the Plumber is the BEST!!!

As the owner of a 90+ year old home, I have typical root intrusion problems and have had to have the roots cut at least a dozen times over the years. Of all the outfits to come into my home, I've been the most pleased with Gopher S&D, specifically with Eduardo and Miguel. They don't waste any time getting to work and don't leave a mess behind.
Gopher Sewer and Drain has fair, transparent pricing and I've found their response time and communication to exceed my expectations as well.

I ended up canceling because of complete lack of professionalism. The first time a plumber came out and diagnosed the problem and said that he would ask their person to call me to schedule the fix. This person never did and when I called, I found out that the plumber had not turned in the paperwork. It was a week. I let it go due to the pandemic and scheduled for Tuesday morning and set up appointments for Tuesday afternoon. Now I'm being told, I was told the appointment was for morning or afternoon and I should have been available the whole day for the plumber to arrive. I ended up canceling afraid that this kind of professionalism would endanger my plumbing. And they STILL have not invoiced me and I'm not in their system for any prior work done.

Agreed with the first review. Very poor company. They came out to unclog a drain. The technician stated it wouldn't pay to unclog because the pipe needed repair. He went out to his truck and came back and said his boss said we should unclog anyway. Not knowing plumbing I'm like ok I guess. They charged me a ton and then left. I had to call a good and reputable company and then they came out and said they had to unclog drain again. Do NOT use this company.
