This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

I called with an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday evening. They helped me triage the issue over the phone and helped me save hundreds of dollars in water damage and repair. I really appreciated how helpful and kind they were in giving me advice on how to save on an emergency visit too.

Called Pablo at 9:00 a.m. for a slow draining kitchen sink. He arrived by 10:30.Fast, friendly, professional and a good price! Highly recommend!

Professional, courteous and knowledgeable, but expensive. I think their pricing should be much more competitive. The quality of service is good.

Our AC fan stopped working during the 90-degree days. I called around 6pm and Noah came out the next day. Our motor was bad. He traveled to Bloomington for a new motor and installed for us the same afternoon. Noah was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, friendly, and personable. I received a picture and short bio of Noah before he arrived, which was nice because you can’t be too careful these days! Our AC is working great, now!

We've had Gopher come out to fix various issues with our very old plumbing 3 times in the last handful of years. Each time they have been on time, very friendly and resolved the issue quickly with little interruption. We had an issue that prevented us from running water anywhere in the house on a Saturday night. We called and they agreed to come out the next morning to fix the issue. The owner himself came and fixed our problem in about 20 minutes. Very happy with Gopher's service.

I I was never so disappointed with this service. Did the bait and switch on me and charged me doublefrom their add. More importantly he didn't unclog the sewer line. Had to call drain busters to do it properly
