Best Hydro Jet Drain Cleaning in Minneapolis MN

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

When our refrigerator began spewing water and flooding our kitchen we called Ken's Sewer, Drain, & Plumbing after hours and the gentleman who answered was kind enough to talk us through a temporary solution over the phone saving us hundreds of dollars in emergency plumbing expenses. It allowed us to keep the water on for the rest of the house without flooding the kitchen. We were so thankful!

My main sewer was backing up and I needed help ASAP. I called Pablo and he was at my house within a couple hours and did a great job unclogging my main sewer line. Very professional and I’d hire and recommend them again

The professionals in this company have been helpful, kind and understanding of my comments and questions. I found that my needs were met and many of my wants were answered, even though they were not providing the service, they took time to answer my questions and make sure I actually understood what they were saying. No rush and no hassle, just good solid recommendations and, of course, a good sales pitch to use their company for the next things that may need doing :). Great stuff, all around, would recommend to anyone needing services.

Tom examined our toilet lid and seat, which was damaged and needed replacement. He readily examined the damage and provided clear options to fix the problem to include showing/demonstrating how the issue could be resolved. I much appreciated his frank discussion of the issue.

January 4th 2022, I woke up and I could see my breath. I had no idea who I should call but I remembered the ads from my talk 107.1 and so I called dean's. I explained that I was having problems with my furnace and they offered to schedule me sometime in the next few weeks because for general service they were booked up. I expressed to them the emergency nature of the situation, namely that the temperature's were supposed to get down to -20 that week and they put me through to their emergency department long story short, due to complications on my end, it took about 2 weeks to finish the project but Jeff B made sure that my pipes didn't freeze and I wasn't in a dangerous situation. They had to replace the originals of the house octopus furnace/boiler and the holdup was needed to get the asbestos removed first. Without Dean's I honestly don't know if the house would have survived. If they didn't act in such a rapid and efficient manner my pipes might have Frozen and more damage would have been done that I could have financially dealt with.On April 1st of this year we got hit with a super wet and heavy snow storm. A branch fell off a tree and took down a line running to my house. At first I wasn't concerned because it didn't affect my power but once the snow melted I realized I was just lucky that it had ripped the power line from the physical attachment to the house without actually breaking it. This time I had no hesitation and knew exactly who to call. I reached out to Dean's and they sent Matt Z out. Matt was able to assess the damage and within that week make sure that the immediate repairs for safety were done and then reschedule the complete rewiring that was necessary to make it 100% safe. In two trips he not only saved me from potential electrical hazards, but improve the Safety and Security of the electrical system overall and the value of my house.At some point I'm going to need some Plumbing work done and you know who I'm going to call? I'm going to call Dean's. I don't know what plumber I'll get but if I need HVAC work done I will ask for Jeff B and if I need electrical work done I will ask for Matt Z. As long as I own this property they will have my loyalty.

Can't recommend Gopher enough. This weekend I had some water backing up into my kitchen sink. Initially, I called a different company to come out and take a look, who told me they were going to have to dig up my basement to fix a collapsed kitchen line. I called the guys at Gopher for a 2nd opinion, and they fixed my issue in an hour - no digging needed. They flushed the kitchen line with a hydro-jet (clearing tons of gunk), and then inspected the clean line with a camera while I watched. I will be using Gopher for all my plumbing needs moving forward.

I I was never so disappointed with this service. Did the bait and switch on me and charged me doublefrom their add. More importantly he didn't unclog the sewer line. Had to call drain busters to do it properly
