Scheduling was good/easy, and Alex showed up on time on the day of the job. He communicated well throughout the job, and did great work...including cleanup. Price was very fair.

The technician, Luke #3657, was excellent. He clearly explained the problem and corrected it very efficiently.

Our tech was very helpful and polite. He even helped notice another issue and suggested we call to have someone more experienced come out for the other issue. I do feel the price was way expensive to just have a small ball of hair pulled from the line but price you pay to be a home owner

Called requesting consultation for my mothers home after seeing so many positive reviews. The woman on the phone was very nice - I explained to her it was not urgent and she was kind and set us up for Mon/Tues. My mother called on Monday to ask for a time to ensure she would be there and the gentleman she spoke to said i am too busy to do this today... then proceeded to tell us there was a fee for his time.
Called today to let them know that we would no longer be needed their services due to the rude behavior of this man (we do not need to give our limited resources to people like that) and he initially hung up on me because he thought I took to long to talk, then I called back and he pick up the phone frustrated IS ANYONE THERE?
Get a grip dude...you are way to rude to be picking up the phone.
I'd pass on this place, there are plenty of options in the Twin Cities.

Deans service was way too expensive and was not accommodating for the customer. I had a shower head leaking and was told to fix it would cost almost 1000 dollars. I got the leak fixed for a lot less and very happy with the service I received from another plumber. I will never call Deans again plus Dean charged me 50 usd for inspection that he could not guarantee.
