I've used Roto-Rooter a handful of times and each time my plumbing issue was resolved professionally. Scheduling is one of the main reasons I use them whether it's nights or weekends. Prices are always competitive and I'd use them again.

Had a foot and a half of standing water in our basement so we gave Jeff a call, He and his son arrived within an hour and started pumping water out. They got all the water out and a heater set up in our backyard to pump heat into the basement in half a day.

This is a knowledgeable company that is there to help you, if your house got dominated this should be the first and only number you call.

Highly recommend using First Response Restoration if life decides you need a swimming pool in your basement or any other water damage happens to your house.

Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

Decent company, more expensive than other companies. Lot of good guys that work there. Sometimes they prioritize speed over quality which is a chance you take with any HVAC company. If you do choose to go with this company recommend you want Jeromy to be your installer. He's extremely knowledgeable, does things by the book, doesn't take shortcuts, and he's an overall friendly guy that you wouldn't mind having at your house. He deserves a raise.

He took the time to explain the problem and different options for repair/replacement.Timing of service was quick and convenient, easy to contact and easy to schedule, Great communication.However, immediately after he left I realized the problem wasn’t fixed and now I am waiting for the third time for someone to come and fix the problem with the toilet

Roto-rooter was a life-saver and great to work with. They had an extremely fast response time (on a Sunday night!) and the technician Mike was very knowledgeable and friendly! He helped us solve our problem quickly and set us up with some follow-up appointments for clean up. We felt very taken care of!

Found a backed up drain in the basement Friday night at 8pm. Tried to fix it ourselves, but couldn't. Went on line to request an appointment. 3 easy questions, 1 being when would you like your appointment and they had many appointments available for the next day, a Saturday.I got a confirmation email, they called to give us an update to let us know they were on their way, early even if that was okay with us.Andrew showed up, was very very nice and knowledgeable. It was diagnosed, fixed and out the door before our scheduled appointment time!Made a not great situation into a very easy and seamless fix. Would definitely recommend to everyone!Ask for Andrew if you can!

I made an appointment for some plumbing 2 weeks before I wanted the work done. I was scheduled for a window of 9-11am. 11:30 no show, no call. I called and left a message. No return call. 12:30 called and left a message. No return call. 1:30p I called and left a message to cancel. Never did hear from Matt’s. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time with them.

They priced the job fairly. Came in right at it. Were very professional. Kind and easy to talk with. Quick work. Nice clean up. Willing to talk about the work and home. What else could you ask for. I recommend. Fair pricing.

We had trouble finding someone who could come out the same day to clean our drain and Ken's not only answered the phone when we called, they had someone out within an hour who did a great job, cleaned everything up and had us back using our drains within a short period of time. I highly recommend them!!
