Great work by Jake the Plumber! We had a drippy faucet in the bathtub, Jake came out and gave us an estimate and we decided to have the work done. I was impressed with each person we met. Adam in the office was great and helped troubleshoot and scheduled same day service. Stu was professional, on time, wore shoe protection and wowed us with his knowledge. The nice gentleman who came to my house was punctual, did a fantastic job, and was respectful of my space. The staff has been friendly and helpful every time I've visited over the last 22 years. I only just hired their plumber this year and was very satisfied with the job and price.

Alex was. Very professional. Came for my free ac inspection. Very thorough. Decided to get the full ac cleaning. AC unit looks brand new. I bought a mesh cover this year , to keep ac clean and free of debris and cottonwood Alex said it will be even better now placed on completely clean unit. I thought I had done a good job of washing off with hose, but there was a lot blocking vent when he removed sides of unit and cleaned.

I've been shopping around for a reliable and affordable plumber and plumbing service for the past week or so. Even though there are dozens and dozens of them, it has been a process (and still in progress) looking for the someone who will not rip me off. Paul must have been the 8th or 9th plumber I've called and although he doesn't service the area I live in, he took the time to provide me a quote on what it will cost to fix these plumbing issues I have, and told me how much I should expect to pay so I don't get ripped off. Although, I didn't use his service, I appreciate his candor and help.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.

I had an appointment with Steinkraus for them to install a gas line in the morning. The plumber never called nor showed up. I called early afternoon and was told I would be called back once they find out what's going on. Never recieved a return call. Was told when I called them back again that evening that they might be able to do the job in a week. I took an entire day off of work to get the work done which was scheduled well before hand.
