Best Home Cooling in Minneapolis MN

Came and gave an estimate for work to be performed. Were on time and cordial. However, their estimate came with a sales pitch for their membership that seemed a bit like a scam, and then the actual quote came in at 5X their nearest competitor. We paid their fee for the estimate and wished them well. I'm not saying they do bad work, I'm just saying that I'm not going to pay 5X more for the same work.

Really good experience. Deven showed up on time, called me on his way, wore booties while in the house to keep the dirt down, and was incredibly professional in my house. He walked me through the entire process and left me his personal phone number to call back with any questions. If I have additional work to do I will definitely be using this company.

I was supposed to receive a call from a manager to discuss my 2 cancelled appointments. That call never came.Updates: They claim to have called me, and have a record of it. My cell phone history has no record of the call, and neither does the cell phone bill for that time period which tracks all inbound and outbound calls.In response to owner saying high temps in June caused my appt to be cancelled, day of. The 1st appt they cancelled, day of, was May 19th. High that day was 61 and the low was 44. Use this info however you see fit.

Wonderful, caring attitude. Wore a mask, booties, explained everything throughly. In my opinion went above and beyond to make a happy &satisfied customer. So glad we went with them instead of Home Depot who was more expensive and probably 1/2 the service. Would highly recommend them. Shane is legionary.

Peter was amazing to work with on the installation of our new water heater. He was very straight forward about how our old water heater could not be repaired and what the options were for replacement. Also, just an overall terrific guy!

Josh was an excellent help! Friendly prompt service and helped us discover a plethora of fun goodies that kids and adults had dropped down our tub/shower drain for lord knows how long. He helped us understand our old plumbing system just a bit more, how it could impact future events, and what to look out for forward looking. We very much enjoyed his company, humor, and professionalism in digging out the treasures from these old pipes! Deans is an excellent service and was recommended to us by family. We are so happy with their service we signed up for their annual membership.

Our radiators were just serviced. Charly and Kevin were both very helpful in explaining the system's inner workings to me in a professional manner. They did an excellent job, and I didn't even mind the process. Many, many thanks!

Irresponsible and unprofessional.

I had a wonderful experience with Kintex. I went through my warranty company America Home Shield Warranty. I have been having issues with my kitchen sink faucet for over 2 months. AHS sent out another plumber company first. He could not fix the the faucet and totally misdiagnosed the issue. Finally after waiting on AHS and the back and forth for 2 month, AHS sent Kintex. Within a few days, Ike with Kintex came out, diagnosed the issue in 3 mins and fixed my sink in 5 mins. Finally someone who knows what he is doing with experience. Thank you Kintex!
