I had an awesome experience with Erickson Plumbing! I needed a water shut-off valve replaced before installing a new washing machine. Scheduling the appointment was very easy, and I appreciated the automatic email and text reminders. The day-of reminder even included a picture of my technician so I’d know who’s coming.

Brent arrived on time, was super courteous and very knowledgeable. Since he was here, he suggested he replace two valves since the 2nd one was okay, but would need to be replaced at some point and that would save me a future service call/fee. He showed me what he was doing and quickly finished the job.

This is the second install of a HAVAC system in our home which we have lived in for over 40 years. They have both been done with Standard Heating and Air Conditioning. They have been in business for years and treat you like family. Very professional, caring attention to detail. Jake Cowle was just great to work with.

Water was leaking from a pipe and into the flooring. Help came within 90 minutes, figured out that it was the dishwasher and replaced a valve to stop the leak until the appliance could be replaced. Very nice and honest!

Kevin and Darrius were friendly and professional. They replaced the compressor on my A/C unit which kept tripping the circuit breaker. With the new compressor installed, it's purring like a kitten and the A/C is working just in the knick of time with 90 degree weather upon us.

Zach arrived on time and took care of my furnace problems very efficiently. He provided me with his diagnostics and allowed me to make the service choices without pressure. He was also very considerate of not tracking snow into my house. Thanks to MSP for getting a service person out to me on the same day I called.

Peder was very professional and friendly. He knows his craft well, and got the job done quickly. His electrical work is very neat and organized, I would highly recommend him.

He is also an excellent instructor and role model for the apprentices. Charley is also fantastic, insightful, and articulate. Please accept my gratitude
