The good:- Professional, knowledgeable, on time, calls ahead, kind, and probably can do really high quality workThe bad:- They refused to provide a breakdown of parts and labor to the home warranty company. I had to choose another company simply for this reason. Not being able to provide a breakdown is (often in my opinion) obfuscation against the customer. I understand that flat rate can be good if agreed upon, and for larger projects it makes more sense, but for one motor replacement?- They were going to replace the whole motor damper unit and install for $590. Turns out it's just the little motor (common part) inside that needs replacement. That part is about $100 or so, so I can see why they were trying to make things opaque.I don't doubt they could rock most repairs. They were really nice and cared about Covid precautions. I appreciate that.However, the immovable flat rate coupled with an inflated price is the reason I deducted 2 stars for my review.edit: Initial review was for 2 stars, upped to 3 and changed my sentiment around flat rate being bad in all cases to company not being able to provide an alternative for this instance where materials and time was clearer.

I called discount plumbers and they were spot on. Came out the same day and took care of my drain issue. KYLE H and trainee Leron did a spectacular job. Probably going to have some other plumbing updates my house needs at won't hesitate to call them.

Suspicious professional practice by either employee Zach Evans or business. I ask for a water heater assessment. Employee claims my water heater was older than it actually is leading to his assessment that it needs to be replaced. He pauses to finish gathering his things and tells my wife to leave upstairs when she decides to wait for him instead he rushes back downstairs claiming he forgot something. Before the assessment I had no water leak. During the assessment there was a small leak. After assessment, now I have a big leak. This clearly does not make sense other than I smell sabotage. I will definitely not do business with HomeWorks again. And make sure everyone else steers clear of them. Be warned. Stay away from them.

TL;DR We had a bad bleed valve, the problem was discovered and solved the same visit. Matt was friendly and informative, I feel confident I'll come back for any future issues.We had a bleed valve for an outdoor faucet that would not stop dripping. I called, ended up with a time window the next day. Day of, I missed the call but Dispatch sent me a text which made it through. I got additional texts updating me on the name of who would be coming over (which was a delightful surprise).Matt came over right when expected and was able to explain the potential solutions and price points very clearly. Then, he found a way to redo the pipes so the valve access is actually accessible! I was worried this would have to be another visit- but the valve was moved and all pipes properly attached. As a new homeowner, it was such a relief.We ended up getting the club price so we'll be able to get future services at a discount. Though we were very happy to know that it wouldn't renew automatically- only if we wanted to. Thanks for everything Matt!

Absolutely love this company! They keep a record of how old your water heater or furnace is and then were able to come in and give me four options of what I could do to fix the problem. I signed up for the annual program which gives you yearly maintenance AND discounts. The service guy was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was also friendly with the dogs and made sure they didn’t get out or in places they shouldn’t lol. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys were great! We have done several remodel projects on our home and each time we had a different plumber. This is the first time we had one that I would use again.

They came the day I called and checked I was home before sending the technician. They sent a picture so you knew who was coming. They were polite and courteous. Best of all the floor drain and shower both drain. Would definitely use them again.

They charged me 279.99 and 180 for the “inspection”. Part on Amazon was 29.99 and the guy was here for an hour. Quite pricey if you ask me ?? Something to consider

My 70's townhome was in need of updating a main shut off valve, 3 new toilets, and a faucet. Mark returned my phone calls promptly, showed up on time, and conducted the process professionally. I was 100% satisfied!

Mark and his team did a fantastic job. I have used them on several occasions and have been quick and prompt. They even help me maintain my tankless water heater. Highly recommend!!!

Honestly, I do not write reviews ever but, I have to give credit where it is due and put others on to the great service that we always receive from Cyrus. He has provided exceptional service for both my home plumbing needs and our place of business. Any issues we have he is available, professional, super knowledgeable and kind. This level of service is hard to find and it’s much appreciated. He has changed faucets in my home, installed water heaters, fixed leaks, replaced old pipes, the list goes on and on! I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
