Best Heating System in Minneapolis MN

I manage a 64 unit, 8 building townhome complex where we recently had a commercial water heater fail. It was on a Friday. I contacted this company due to their proximity to the complex. At mid day they sent a tech out to inspect the unit. By 5 pm they had a new water heater on deck and a plan to return in the early morning for a full replacement, which was completed by ten AM. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.

The guy, Elliot, was great! He knows exactly what he’s doing and spent a great amount of time figuring out the issue. He is diligent and knew what to look for. Called one day, they were here the next. Outstanding! He was even early but I wasn’t around. A good company with good folks.

Had a leak behind the wall for the kitchen sink drain. Called Ken's and they came out the same day.

They performed the repair quickly and efficiently, at a very fair and reasonable price. Now the sink drain is permanently repaired and will not have any future problems.

The guy who came out was friendly and professional. explained what needed to be done, and how long it would take.

As a first time home owner (therefore, a first time shoot, I have a leak thinker), I wasn't sure what to expect when finding a plumber or how much cash I had to shell out just to have one come look at my issue. I am relieved to say they isolated the issue fast and fixed it up without it draining my bank. They were fast, friendly, and very professional.

Chris has helped me with now 3 small-medium projects. He is awesome to work with, professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and creative in his approach. The PB scheduling and notification process is very easy to work with and you always know when they are going to arrive beforehand.

I like JD Plumbing because he also does gas plumbing (if you don't know - putting in gas lines take a plumber, but not all plumbers do gas lines).

Ryan and Aaron worked together to install a new furnace and AC system. Arrived on time, were personable and professional and stayed until the job was finished- which ended up being a 13 hour day for Ryan as he stuck around while some electrical work was completed so we could have our system up and running. Highly recommend both Ryan and Aaron. Thanks for your work!!

We had Bo come out and he was amazing! He helped us with numerous issues we had and gave us honest feedback. He explained everything and how the items worked so we could make the proper decision.Also my animals loved him, which is always a good sign!

He was very knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, and was so very cheerful to boot. A very nice young man!Andrew H completed the project on May 2 installing our new water heater, water softener, and several new valves all by himself, done in 4 hours. Amazing. Very nice, explained everything, left the area in good order. Perfect job!Mike B replaced our outside faucet this morning (May 4). He did a big job for us last year for which I neglected to give a review, not because I wasn’t completely happy with his work, but because I just never got around to it. Shame on me!! Mike was our first introduction to the company. He’s tremendous!! And a great representative for Dean’s. Enthusiastic, genuine, upbeat, great work.
