Update_ Owner followed up with me again and apologized for the first not so great encounter. I wanted to keep money in the local neighborhood was the reason for the call to this business. I appreciated the rapid response to rectify the first encounter.

The Owners Customer service is HORRIBLE. I was very calm and He tried had an attitude and began to tell me by guessing that it would be 4 hours to repace a Laundry tub thats already Up to code. I just wanted a replacement. He wouldn't even let me speak. I was not confrontational. Every job is NOT about money itself, it should be about the customer FIRST. Please get your Attitude better. Thanks!

John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

Professional and on time, the servicer called ahead and then arrived at exactly the time he said. Honest work, serviced our A/C repaired our system in less than an hour and gave advice for the future maintenance.

Street plumbing was good to us when we needed a water heater replaced. They came as soon as they could and were able to give us a reasonable quote on the phone. The receptionist was kind and made sure to get the information she needed to quote us correctly. She even checked with the master plumber to ensure we had the correct set up with the water heater in our price range. Stefan was our plumber and he did a great job. He was on time and very friendly.

Hands down the best team around! I use them for every plumbing need I have, and they are alway professional, respectful and can make the repair!
