Best Heat Pumps in Minneapolis MN

Needed to replace leaking water heater for 93 year old mother. TJK willing to come out on a Saturday but indicated much cheaper to wait til Monday. Came Monday exactly on time after promised phone call to give notice of arrival. Technician Joshua was efficient, professional and friendly. We accepted his quote (he did not pressure us in any way. Simply said if you choose us this is what it will be). While more than expected the job was also far more complicated. He was replacing a 30 year old heater that was so far off code he basically needed to restructure the whole setup. In the end, the price was more than fair. The workmanship was exemplary. He followed up with checking with my mother about temperature and adjusted it for her safety. He was very respectful of her and what she needed. I can’t say enough good things about the service he gave us. TJK and Joshua are now my go to plumbers!

They came out quickly to help me when my hot water heater wasn't working and were great at explaining what I needed to do to troubleshoot the problem. Great, fast, and friendly service.

This company is fantastic. We had previously received a quote from Roto Rooters regarding a stack clean-out install, which Roto had claimed would cost us $2-5,000 to fix. John was awesome. I called on a Friday and he was out on the next Thursday. It would have been even quicker but he had the unfortunate circumstance of losing his partner and beloved brother recently. He’s a great guy and is already working with another experienced plumber named Brian. They were courteous, knowledgeable and right on time. He could have plumbed my spigot like the last one but took the time to do it properly and more professionally. John also give me a quote before doing any work, so I knew exactly what the costs were going to be. John also explained what he was doing and why. They also cleaned up any mess that was made and left my basement as clean if not cleaner than they found it. I would not hesitate to call Stillwater Plumbing again when I have a plumbing need. With such a shortage of good plumbers around these days, it’s comforting knowing I can call on John and him and his partner will get the job done. Thank you for a job well done!

They were wonderful I will use them again the repairman showed up and fixed hot water. He was VERY friendly and explained everything. He wasn't leaving until we had hot water thank you very much will tell everyone I no to use John Anderson's plumbing. Thank you again.

Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

Our furnace was 17 years old. It did need some repairs and while we could have done them we opted for a new system so we wouldn’t have to worry about a broken furnace in a MN winter. Did we need it now. I don’t know. Was the cost fair? I think so but didn’t price check and went with what I thought was reasonable. They were great and went over everything. I never felt pressured to buy anything and always felt the decision lied with me. I’m happy with our decision and with their customer service and professionalism. I will use them in the future.

Very good experience. Employee pulled right what I needed off the shelf. Very knowledgeable about items on shelf.

The 2nd one a while later that I got the employee who acted like he knew what he was doing did not pull the right one off the shelf and it don't fit so the water keeps seeping around the toilet flapper in the toilet tank. This one is flimsy and made poorly. Very unhappy with my service and don't think employees were knowledgeable at all. Also stuck with a purchase I can't return.

Karim was the best Genz Ryan employee we have ever dealt with! He was super knowledgeable about the issues we were having and clearly outlined potential solutions. He walked us through the steps he took to clean the blower and replace the motor with a more efficient system. We will never deal with anyone else other than Karim again!

Honest and affordable

Adam from TJK arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He quickly and professionally installed the new water heater at the quoted price. All this on a holiday weekend, 5 Star.

Terrible customer service and I have video to prove what terrible work Jim attempted to complete at our home. He also spent more time in his vehicle than in our home. Still makes me upset that someone like him can stay in business.

We had to wait several hours from our initial phone call but as promised ‘Fred’ arrived within the promised time period. He is an excellent technician and repair man. Additionally he is very professional and courteous. He did the job, cleaned up, and offered good advice for future well being. Our ‘Roto’ history goes back 27 years.

They answered right away and scheduled when I wanted them to come. He was here on time and did a good job of clearing my main line. A second Tech came with a camera and showed me a clear view of the entire line. They explained how they could put a lining in to eliminate the tree root problem for good.
