Very good service and arrived when expected. The only complaint I have is the price. All I needed was a sink line snaked. A very easy job for a professional with commercial equipment that took an hour of dragged out labor. I attempted to use a regular snake with an old fashioned bent bar for a crank only to hit a dead end without clearing the clog. If you have the same issue I did, you're much better off heading to a rent-a-center to get a power snake auger, educating yourself on YouTube for an hour or so beforehand, and doing it yourself. I will definitely look around more the next time I absolutely need a plumber.

We've used Erik Nelson for 3 projects (replacing galvanized pipes to increase water pressure in a bathroom, leaking kitchen faucet, leaking pipe in basement) and we've been impressed every time. They respond to phone calls promptly, show up on time, do an excellent job, are careful with our home, give estimates that are accurate, and are generally good people we enjoy working with. I recommend this company with no reservations.

Pronto took advantage of us when our furnace went out and charged us $1500 for a $250 part.Our furnace went out on Christmas Eve and we couldn't find anyone to come out that day other than Pronto. We knew that we would have to pay a higher service fee because of the holiday. That felt unfortunate, but totally reasonable. We didn't expect that they would take advantage of us the way they did.Before the technician came out, we had used the diagnostic chart on the machine to guess that the problem was the inducer motor. When the technician got here, he said that it could be the motor, but it could be something else. The first thing that he tried was looking at the condensation trap. Sure enough, it was clogged. So, he cleaned it out and the heat came back on. Then, he called his boss and asked him if he still should install the inducer motor. Evidently, the boss said yes.An inducer motor for our model of furnace can be purchased online for $200-300 dollars. Pronto charged us $1500 to replace the part--that may not have even needed to be replaced, since the heat started working as soon as the clogged tube was cleaned.We've talked with a few different heating companies since then and everyone we have talked to is aghast that Pronto charged us so much for the part. We feel completely taken advantage of and will never do business with Pronto again. Don't trust these people.

Super easy from the original booking to getting contacted about an earlier time slot available. Devin contacted us about his arrival time, got here early and made his inspection. He talked us through the problem, told us about the required work and cost and then proceeded to do his job. When completed, showed us the camera to the city connection and then discussed any possible future concerns - no pressure to do anything extra, just letting us know what he saw. Cleaned up everything and was on his way in just about 1 hour total time. Very professional and excellent customer service.

A plumber showed up the day after I called to schedule a non-emergency plumbing issue consultation, and near the beginning of the estimated time window which is a plus. They were able to fix everything and even went above and beyond to go purchase a part that was needed for our leaking sink, and fix it same day.
