Best Gas Piping in Minneapolis MN

We had an issue with our pilot light not staying lit on our water heater. I called Jake the Plumber at 9:00 AM and by 10:30 AM Stu arrived and was working on installing a new part - all under warranty. When we bought the water heater a year ago from Jake the Plumber we had an awesome experience (after a horrible experience with HERO Plumbing & Heating). Today was simply an extension of that great experience. Ironically enough, Stu is the same plumber who was here a year ago to install the product and he continues to be fabulous. If you are looking for great service and honest people who just want to do what's right, no games, Jake the Plumber is the way to go.

I needed a simple and quick fix for my piping going to my washer. Erik gave me a fair quote, stuck to it, and went above and beyond with the job. My family just moved to the Longfellow neighborhood and we will definitely be calling Erik again for our next plumbing emergency!

Very good customer service, was able to have my boilers RPZ test done next day after calling. Very professional job and great communication through the entire process. Would recommend and will use again. Thanks

Daniel came and fixed a gas leak in our home, as well as fix a plumbing issue under our kitchen sink. He will be installing a new water heater as well in the near future. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! AVOID.

Terrible! We explained our plumbing problem and scheduled a plumber. He arrived on time but couldn't repair the shower BUT said he would come back and bring the replacement parts and fix it. He came back AND DIDN'T FIX ANYTHING! But we were charged for 2 SERVICE CALLS! Absolutely ridiculous!

I've used ESP for multiple plumbing projects over the last 7 years. Jim and Dustin have been awesome to work with. I'll continue to use them for sure!

They did an awesome job unclogging our shower drain. They were quick, efficient, and very friendly. I would highly recommend them for any project.
