We’ve had TJK do just about all plumbing projects needed on a 50 year old house. They’ve rerouted a toilet, fixed leaks, cleaned out clogged drains, replaced a silcock, capped a gas line, and plumbed our remodeled kitchen. All the guys are very responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. I can trust them to be honest with their assessment of the situation and offer recommendations for a fix. Very fair pricing and they send loyal customer discount coupons every year. I refer these guys to everyone I know because we’ve been so happy with their service!

I had Norblom out to replace an old water heater that had started leaking the day before. They were on time, professional, and charged exactly what had been quoted over email. The quote itself was significantly higher than I have seen from other companies ($1958.99 for an incredibly basic water heater), but I went with it because it’s December and not the time for me or tenants to be without hot water.

The only complaint I had with the service itself is a painted door that was scratched in the process of moving the old water heater up the stairs. They had to work a miracle to fit the 75 gallon water heater up the stairs, so a scratch is understandable, but for the price of service I would have expected an acknowledgement and apology. All in all, though, they did their job and I’m grateful to have hot water again.

Had a loose toilet and John did a great job showing me the parts and that they were in good shape as he opened things up. Did a great job, great attention to detail and everything works great. I also got to see the floor underneath and see that there was no water damage.

Serviceman could not determine a gas leak. Job was not necessary to be done.

Mike and his crew are awesome. We had them in to replace a kitchen sink, bathroom sink, toilet and hook the water up to our refrigerator. While he was there, the water heater started leaking (it was rusted out), and he took care of that, too! Timely, professional and easy to work with.

Brian gave our furnace a tune-up today. We are now ready for the winter with no worries. He communicated well, arrived early and was very thorough. He had a few suggestions for future accessories which would make sense for us. He explained them well, but did not push. I've always been impressed with Pronto and the people they hire.

He came with his trainee on time and replaced 2 compression stops underneath my bathroom sink. They got the job done on a timely manner and explained everything in a way that I can understand. I appreciate that he also took the time to recommend replacing my water softener and explained why it needs to be replaced.
