Well it couldn't have been better. I called at 8am and they had Jason come out at 11:30. For the two hours I had set aside as I was going to make the repair. But my better judgment kicked in and said you need a pro to get it right the first time. He didn't need to stuff white bread down the pipe. Well worth the money! Thank You!

I was given several options to resolve my toilet problem. Because this was the original toilet from the late 1980’s I opted to replace the toilet. The technicians did a good job of explaining my options which included repairing the existing toilet. The job was completed at that appointment. The technicians were knowledgeable and pleasant. Where is the button for zero stars? This company is a joke, bid quote is nowhere near reality. You can always screw someone over one time, I will never give them the opportunity to do it to me a second.

Had a large company come out to assess my plumbing problem and after paying a call fee and one hour's worth of services, I was told that I had a much bigger issue, including breaking up the concrete floor in the basement that would cost thousands of dollars and take days to resolve. I opted to get a second opinion. Sabastian & Sons came out and after a few minutes of assessment, provided a different prognosis. The problem was fixed and my plumbing works great. They saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of stress. Next time, they will be my first call for sure!

I found out about Dave through a friend. I have had Dave to the house for two jobs and both times he did a GREAT JOB! One job he was honest about and made sure he knew it was something that I could fix MYSELF! He is a family business and he has the interest of the CUSTOMER in mind!
