Scheduling was good/easy, and Alex showed up on time on the day of the job. He communicated well throughout the job, and did great work...including cleanup. Price was very fair.

Jake the Plumber was our first experience with hiring a plumber, and we were very pleased. They were prompt, the cost was reasonable, they took the time to go over the repair in detail, and thoroughly answered any questions that we had. We live on the opposite side of the metro from Jake's, and thus had a travel cost, but it was well worth it. We will definitely use them again the next time we need a plumber.

Tim did a camera inspection on my lines and found some defect. Looking forward to getting repair done so that my home can be whole again ^_^

I was coming home to Rogers tonight on County road 81 (west) at about 7:00pm tonight. The speed limit was 55 I was going 60 mph. This is a one lane both directions. I larger vehicle was so close behind me I could not she the headlights. This continued for about a mile when it finally passed me, it was a Norblom Plumbing van. It continued to drive fast and road the tail of the next vehicle. Finally it turned off on county road 30 near FedEx. Please speak with your drivers as I personally have seen to many people hurt by drivers like this. Thank you.

Technician J. C. came to our home to address problems related to the thermostat and humidity. He went above and beyond expectations and resolved all issues. J. C. is extremely knowledgable and courteous. He is a Blue Chip technician!

This place also goes by the name Ken's Sewer Services.
Right off the bat when talking to the scheduler/operator I had a feeling this place was not at all professional. When the tech arrived with tools in a bucket I didn't feel any better.

And then the time came for the fix...
The tech didn't have a handle puller to pull my shower faucet handle off. I stupidly agreed to pay a visit fee of $80 on the weekend. I regretted it right away because the tech had no shot to fix the problem, not having the tool to get past step one.

Don't go with this place. Absolutely no reason to pick them over an Eric Nelson Plumbing or Athena or Burnomatic or Uptown Plumbing.

Didn't get the refund I was after either,
A week later (Saturday) I called them to ask for some sort of refund. The person on the other end said it was busy that Easter weekend and told me they'd look into it and call me back on Tuesday. It's now the following Monday and I never got a call. Called them and ranted as politely as I could. He offered me 10% off my next plumbing job with them. Ha.

They were right on time, quick, clean, and friendly. Very professional and knowledgeable, great to work with and a great price. Our sink drain was plugged and he not only unclogged it, but went above and beyond to teach us how to improve the water pressure for our faucet and pointed out some things that needed to be replaced. We were so impressed! We will definitely call Right Away Sewer and Drain next time we need help!

Steve from homework’s came by my home for a free furnace tune up and made the process very easy. The initial scheduling was easy and quick. I had to reschedule my first appointment though because the weather reports were forecasting a winter storm that day. So I don’t fault the company at all for wanting to reschedule.The appointment office called before the visit to see if Steve could head over at the start of the window and I said yes. Steve showed up at the start of the window a few minutes later. He was in and out within an hour. Didn’t pressure me into any additional work but went over what he did and gave me a few recommendations. The overall process was great and I would work with the company and Steve again.

Charged us $100.00 for a service call to attend to a leaky refrigerator. Did not have the needed parts and said they would order and return. 10 weeks and many unreturned phone calls later we gave up and called Thomas Service Company. Thomas Service Company had parts available and fixed frig in under 15 minutes.
Plus Maintenance is unreliable and unprofessional and we would never use them again nor recommend.
