Best Fixture Replacement in Minneapolis MN

Just had Jake The Plumber over to fix what we thought would be an easy leak in our sink drain. Plumber Paul came over and was very cordial and transparent about estimated costs, he definitely had his work cutout for him as our issue had to do with a newly installed vessel sink. Overall I was very impressed with the service and professionalism and would highly recommend Jake The Plumber to family and friends.

For us the idea of calling a plumber to fix anything is terrifying and we drag our heals because you know it’s going to cost way more than it should and get knocked around with sketchy service — NOT the case with ENP! Very responsive, quick service, friendly and super fair price. I 100% trust calling ENP in the future.

I had some major issues with the floor drain in my basement and mechanical room sink.
Rotoworks showed up quickly and got both problem areas fixed ASAP! They were a pleasure to work with and they take electronic payment, I find paying bills via the mail to be cumbersome and time consuming.

I’ve also used them for other less intensive issues and they were also awesome to work with.

I’d hire them again in the future, without question, in fact I trust them to be in my residence without supervision!

Todd was our Tech that came out for the estimate and repairs. He was kind, courteous and respectful. He managed to get the job done in the time he had originally estimated, cleaned up any mess that he made too. He mentioned he’s a new Tech for Ericksons, as I had asked if he ever came out to my Edina Property, which is owned by CommonBond Communities, and he stated he is fairly new so wasn’t sure if he had worked there. This job was for my dads private home, I called Zach from Ericksons because I’ve always trusted them and they’re always fair pricing.

John was great. Fixed my hot water pressure issue, gave me multiple options with estimates for each. He walked me through how each differed and what the advantages of each were. Highly recommended.

We had an emergency plumbing situation. Dan, on very short notice, was able to walk me through necessary troubleshooting and we were able to control the leak. Very easy to work with! Would recommend!!

Nate came in for a maintenance check on my furnace and A/C, he was on time and professional and passed along the bad news of my furnace very well. He made it easy to understand what the problem was with my furnace and answered all questions I had. Then Tyler came to quote me for a new furnace. He explained all the costs and the differences between 2 different furnaces. He made the process and decision very easy, and helped to make a large purchase not stressful! Next, Chad, James & Charles came to install the furnace. They came quickly and took out my old furnace to replace it with a new furnace. They explained everything and made sure I knew everything that was happening before they performed it. They also explained everything after it was all installed to ensure I could maintain it to avoid a new furnace for a long time! They were in and out fairly quickly, and didn't make any mess in the home.The whole crew was professional, friendly and knowledgable about everything they performed. They also made it very clear that there was no ulterior motive they were only working in my best interest and families safety. Everything was done quickly, and it was incredible to have it all done in one day. Great job, team!

Lucas was absolutely awesome..we were going with another company and he was sent to fix our a.c but actually showed us we could di everything through his company..so NY tomorrow we are able to get our furnace a.c and water heater plus redone duct work and upgrade things to code..the other co.did not say anything about needing things updated to code..he needs a reward!...S.Jasper

What a great company! I messed up the timing of an appointment and they kindly agreed to reschedule. Came to my house and gave me a free assessment of the work that needed to be done. He was honest and professional, and I will definitely be requesting their service again if I need additional work done!

I had two reps from Dean's come out separately for plumbing and heating, Nick and Josh - and was absolutely pleased with the professionalism. They both went above and beyond, and were super friendly and honest. Our family appreciates the great work they did, and we will continue to make Dean's are go to for home needs!!

Had a great experience getting our bathtub and shower fixtures updated along with new shut-off valves. The technician was great and helped me keep the repair affordable. We had one minor problem with a new trap and when I called about it they had someone out that morning to fix it quickly. Great work and great service all around!
