Called for clogged main in a commercial building, had Andrew as a tech. He had it unclogged within an hour.

I started out calling another plumber who arrived but did not have the proper tools to clear out the main drain. He finally gave up and said that I should call rotor rooter. Roto router was able to come out 45 minutes later on a Sunday with the proper tools and cleared the drain.

The tech was friendly and helpful. He answered all questions and concerns. The job was completed efficiently and cleanly.

Shower was backed up and water drained extremely slow (took 5 hours or more). Made an appointment online that was confirmed with the technician arriving between 10am-12pm. Didn’t hear anything from them until well after this period to notify me they wouldn’t be there. Finally got a call hours later to say they don’t have anyone but can send someone when they become available. Ok fine. Well that was 8pm. Technician was fine but $430 to snake a drain? Do your research and find somewhere else. That is literally insane pricing. The issue was fixed but for how long, who knows. The tech mentioned he wanted to take out part of the pipe to clean it out but that it would make a mess so he wasn’t going to do that. So now I bet this will be an issue again soon and we’ll have paid $430 for a bandaid fix or just snaking the drain.

Andrew was excellent! Shared a ton of knowledge about the situation and was very helpful and respectful to our needs.

Matt came out to look at our sewer line after Drainbusters horribly and unprofessionally misdiagnosed a branch pipe as a hole in the line. Matt took his time talking with us, examining our basement structure to help us figure out that the hole was actually a branch line from our floor drain. I highly recommend contacting Matt- he was extremely professional and informed. His integrity impressed both my husband and I.

I had an issue in my home with a backed up drain. A tech came out right away on a Sunday afternoon. He was very thorough and tried to resolve the issue. When he couldn't I worked with Dan to figure out what the problem was--which was due to the city's main sewage pipe. He quickly explained to me the steps I needed to take to get the issue resolved. He checked back in with me late in the evening to make sure everything was working well. I would recommend them to anyone who is having small plumbing issues or larger ones. They were very affordably priced and offered a lot of explanation into what they were doing before they proceeded. Great service and will definitely be using them again in the future!

I called Ken and Clog-B-Gone in the morning to schedule an afternoon appointment ( initially 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. ) to clear a clogged main floor sewer drain line. This particular day was snowing badly, all day. Ken called me around the time we had scheduled the service call and informed me that, due to some difficulties on some earlier jobs that his technician would be running late. I have personally done enough plumbing to know that such circumstances are the rule rather than the exception. It was getting late in the day and I was starting to wonder if Clog-B-Gone might have to cancel and re-schedule, but lo and behold their technician showed around 5:00 and augured the main line out to the street and got my drain flowing again. This drain was completely clogged and I was much relieved and grateful that Clog-B-Gone didn't cancel on me, worked late to get the job done under difficult conditions. Will use again and recommend.

My main drain in the basement was backing up. Joe fixed it in under an hour. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. He also provided me with an eco-safe drain product. I would encourage Benjamin Franklin to give him a raise.My only concern is the text photo. Joe currently has a mustache. I was texted a photo of a man without a mustache to do the service. Franklin... Would you text a old photo of a woman to clients after she dyed her hair?

They came on a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend, were very friendly and knowledgeable.
